16:44 Schwalbe I really hope you noticed that the dangerous area was a GIGA, I saw it, and it could have ended ARKlocke easily. The only reason ARKlocke isn’t over right now is because gigas don’t aggro while you are on a mount

In the aberration map, there are 3 sections, the surface, the main breathable area, and the radiation zone, surface and radiation zone are filled with reaper kings, hot require hazard suits, alpha surface reaper kings possible at the surface
Just got myself a new dire bear. She was a lvl 135 and was literally right outside my base. What’s amazing is that there was a 135 male deer right outside my base about 30 minutes before then that I tamed. I named the bear Syrup and the deer Cherokee. Got two amazing tames today and I’m super happy. The bear came out with over 600% melee too.
If you are tired of high levels (only on PC)
Using Kraken BD you can put in the ini option "highlevels" true (its in the beginning of the mod description)
With this it will invert the balance between low levels rates and high levels
Which mean you would find high levels easier and more often
It is was a used since abberation and its not broken in my opinion because you dont find everywhere lvl 180 creatures
Since you can still find mid levels (rates not affected)
Check this out if you don't want to kill a bunch of creature because in abberation when you don't know the map you lose yourself easily on it .

Hey swalbe! Just wanted to inform you that just next to your base if your facing the river, you can go left and follow the water. Just behind that pillar (where metal spawns) is doe spawns and beaver spawns! Though, doe typically spawn further back. The only threats are griffins and if a giga spawns at the mountain beside it and ran down in the path. (It’s happened to me many times because I always build in your location)

I’m not very familiar with that map myself, so it will be cool getting to know it through her fresh eyes.
I hate when this happens: when I’m trying to find a high level tame but can’t find one, but when I’m not trying to find any high level tames, Ark decides to give me one but I don’t have anything to tame it with.
....so you run off to get all the stuff, when you come back, you see it’s being attacked and you try to get to it, but end up seeing it get killed. Now you’re heavy with crap you no longer need and you have to go back to the base.... 😫
Imagine searching for an high level doedie. You cant find it, so you tame an lvl 125. And right after you tame it, you find an max lvl..

Ah yes, this too has happened many times. Usually when I just had enough kibble for the one tame and the kibble was hard to get....
Me too I was looking for a mate for my baryonyx then all of a sudden there was a level 120 raptor I was playing medium difficulty so it was a high level so I quickly went to base I got back the tried to bola it then it despawned k thought it clipped through the rock so I checked with camera mode then I didn't see it there was no item bag 😔 I wish I tamed I could've bred it with my other raptor..
Then when u come back to tame it it despawns

I personally dislike the idea of livestreams (editing adds a lot, having your opinion and reactions makes it 100x better) but it’s up to you if you want to do livestreams or not.

i was looking for a high level argy for 10 hours and on the journey i found an unicorn and an alpha raptor and youre not even lookin for an argy and you get a max level .intense Pain

Hello schwable i just wanted to say that when you press tames in your stats page u can request them wich makes it easier to transport dinos BUT they will lose their inventory items
oh btw, there is a rule in her series that she is not allowed to request tames. it makes her feel like cheating.

Whenever Schwalbe plays, I am able to write down some tips/tricks for my own game.
Didn’t know about the polygathering abilities of the Direbears.

First of all: find a low level Argentavis. Makes the whole experience easier, especially if you’re new at it.
Make the dino gates. Four should be enough. And two doors for the gates.
Place the gates in a line with some spacing in between. Preferably on a flat area nearby the argy you want to tame.
While on another flyer, preferably one with decent health points, you lead the Argy into the trap.
There should be plenty of vids on youtube that show how to do this. The crucial thing is: try a low level first.
This way of trapping works with a lot of creatures in Ark. Make sure the mount you are on has high hp. Cuz then you can even leave it in the trap, let the argy attack it while you shoot it with tranqs.

However I again was sure that it was the first episode of aberration but it was not for another time however I like it since it's arklocke but I am so hyped up for the aberration series!!! you can use tapejara to tame quetz because you can sit in front seat and taget the quetz for tape start hunt it and you need to shoot it with tranq arrow or dart i love ARKlocke very much

Theres alot of materials there for making and crafting stuff and there are no carnivores up there (except of course the sides where gigas spawn) you could use the shortcut to go up there with mellow and request your anky after
