I know there’s lots of exceptions for those that have literally no other choice and I’m not blaming them, but if you have any kind of way to homeschool, DO IT. Yes, sex is part of our life, but there is a time and place to educate children about sex. Think of it as watching Rated-R movies: not meant for kids! Also, promoting or flaunting promiscuous sex by fictional young adults is something I don't agree with because it makes it seem like an obligatory path children have to experience to find a happy ending. For one thing, do these books deal with the possible consequences of teen sex (STI and pregnancies) as much as they focus on sexual conquests?
