If this was opened in Vietnam, someone would pay for like 1 ticket, then bring in the luggage to steal all the ramen... And then the next guy will try to take the boilers. And the police will try to take over ownership of the land and shop.
@@MaxKimura for sure and its absolutely sad state of affairs... I can see the mob of thugs mobbing the place...hobos propped up in corner shooting up fentanyl... drug users contaminating the place with fentantyl.
i seriously doubt it maybe you could pull it off in some really boutique wealthy area but I still dont think it would work... ramen is a quick stop budget food in general putting it in some wealthy area also means its not targeting the right demographic. Young people in America particularly have no respect and they'd absolutely trash a place where its all on the honor system. Particularly when a demographic known for committing crime is concentrated in dense urban population (read: african americans). Does that offend you? IT shouldn't. It's absolutely sad but when you see the videos of people mobbing stores to rob them or homeless people are propped up nearby. Homeless people would absolutely squat in this type of place. Japan or Korea don't have these same probably honestly... @@topangus123
I think this could work in the US, if near an Asian community rich with restaurants and bakeries and karaoke bars. Might even work downtown but you would have to swipe a card to get in, the way some cities require you to swipe to get into the foyer of a bank after hours to use the ATM. Or you need an attendant- no cash so no robberies, just vandals or homeless you need to keep out. I would love one near my house 😎 it’s all about the condiments…..
first 5 minutes man... it would open up.. get swarmed with people stealing everything from the ramen, to the water boilers, and even the wood taken for scrap.
I saw one in Japan 25 years ago and couldn’t figure out how to make it work since it was unattended and I can’t read Japanese…and nobody else was there. I did get that it cost some absurd amount of yen (about 10 bucks), but given the sushi at the hotel the night before set me back 150…..I was ready for ramen 😂
No, you could not have that in the US right now. Too many folks out of work, poor, desperate, homeless. If you put this in any place where it would make sense? Homeless folk would raid it and you'd have zero product to sell and zero money in the till.
Absolutely not possible with we all know what type of people. This would be destroyed in 12 hours in Chicago. We all know exactly what race of people would do that too.
This is not Japan. It's korea. Korea is much modern n clean n safety than Japan. There is no unmanned shop in Japan. It's impossible. Pls wake up from 80'

Impossible in France.... 😅😅😅
Impossible in almost all countries haha
In Korea there's not thiefs or burglars 😊
this would get vandalized and robbed in north america. drunks would piss on the floor.

You can only put this kinda shop in light skinned people area.

In the US squatters will take over, The laws would protect them from getting kicked out.
Everyone think this is only happen in Korea but there's also many cases of stealing in this shop.
It is very rare. Even with the theft, it is much more profitable than hiring an employee,
