Love your fearless, care free, warm but responsible personality. This is how life should be lived. Not many have the guts to pick up a suitcase and go travelling alone, and see where they are taken.
Love it! I went hang gliding off a mountain in Tennessee this past year and it was so fun. They even taught us how to fly and do a stall which was cool! I've always wanted to go to Turkey too since I've seen a lot of pictures from my German families trips.
Ölüdeniz is a resort village on the southwest coast of Turkey. It’s known for the blue lagoon of Ölüdeniz Tabiat Parkı and the wide, white Belcekız Beach. Overlooking the village is Babadağ mountain from where paragliders take to the skies.
Wow that abandoned village looks incredible and how lucky the paraglide instructor is to do that everyday! Definitely want to visit Turkey someday! Can't wait for the next vlog
It's awesome you got to go paragliding! It's such a fun sport. That was a nice helico (helicopter) your pilot did. He gave you more than your moneys worth with all that acro. I've been a paraglider pilot for a couple of years now, and I never get tired of watching other people enjoy the sport too!
Always such a pleasure being taken away by your video! I just watch your paragliding because I would never be brave enough to try due to fear of heights >< love how you always try steer clear of most famous spots/tourism traps and show us the real stuff like locals. Happy New Year and looking forward to seeing more videos from you!
Ooooh yay, so pleased you made it to Kayakoy, I really liked staying there as it was so much quieter than Oludeniz... but then Oludeniz in the off season actually looks lovely!! The footage that you got of the paragliding flight was amazing and so pleased you paid the extra! The villa was insane, especially for that price. It makes beds in hostels seem pricey now! Very much looking forward to your gorge walk video, 2021 was the year I got into my 'walking through gorges' 🙏❤️
Loved the vlog wonderful Christie!!! 💖 That house you were staying in looked amazing. The view from the paragliding looked incredible, i don't think i would be game enough to do it!!!
Going to turkey on the 27.03.22 so far planing to visit Istanbul, Cappadocia, pamukkale and Antalya. Might need to start vlogging as well, been traveling for years visited so many places and only have photos no actual footage. Good videos btw bring me good memories and almost forgot- Happy Travels 🌍
That paragliding footage was great! I’ll have to try that someday. So did you drink that night as you stated? Remember even one glass of wine counts! That was an awesome villa too, such a great find and price. Looking forward to the next video!
Ahh no way! Our friend just told us about you because we've just started vlogging and you've just gone to Thailand (we are also going in a couple of weeks). And after looking at your channel you've just been to Oludeniz which is where we've also been staying for the past 2 months! Looks great and can't wait to head over to Thailand soon 🙌
love watching your videos! What bag did you use for this travel? Have you tried using a duffle bag for your travel? I recommend using the Bento Bag from Nomad Lane. I've been using this bag for months now and it is such a hack. It has a trolley sleeve feature and it fits under the seat too! makes your travel more convenient and effortless and it packs like a suitcase too!
The abandoned village has nothing to do with rumours of being haunted but all to do with the harsh reality of the Greco-turkish war. When the Greeks (Christians) had to leave during the population exchange and settled close to Athens, the newly arrived Turks (Muslims) decided to not stay in the village as it was on a hillside so considered too remote. Moreover an earthquake in 1957 did further damage. The village was called Levissi (Λιβίσι).
It is Ölü Denise, not olu 😏 (after 7-8 Times over there you didn't learn) so nice to travel and earn Money 😀 didn't you recommend to learn the language a little 🧐
Yes I’d definitely say it is safe enough to travel solo as a female 🥰 just exercise what I call ‘basic backpacker safety’ EG don’t walk in quiet areas by yourself at night, don’t display your valuables obviously, don’t tell strangers where you’re staying etc 😊
I can’t speak for all humans but for me, it’s curiosity, love of adventure, excitement and adrenaline. I love the idea of having a base to return home to but when I know there is a whole world out there to explore, I want to experience as much of it as possible with the time I have on Earth 😊 I’d love to know the psychology of why some humans only want to stay in one place.
@@BackpackingBananas thank you for the thoughtful answer, I have traveled, but not as much as you or other youtubers....so I guess you do the travelling for me.
@@globetwig4401 Interesting, so one might be cultureless if one travels enough? Cultureless isn't a bad thing, or maybe somebody who is constant traveling is omni-culture.

Thank you 🥰 this means a lot!
I would have never thought of going to turkey apart from Istanbul, now its defo getting added to my list. Loving these videos.
There’s sooo many places to see 😍😍
I had the same thought! 🙌🏼
That sunset at the beach was stunning!! Your Turkey vlogs are getting me so excited for my travels in Turkey next month! :)
That paragliding spin would have had me sick, crying and TERRIFIED! You're so brave!
Hahaha I think there was a lack of fear embedded in me from when I was created 😅
Putting on your videos while I do my morning routine is always so relaxing! Love that you’ve been able to travel with a group the whole time!!

Where’s the top you are wearing during the villa tour from? It’s so nice!
I too would love to know where that top is from.. so so cute.. I checked on her clothing line link and I don’t see it there.

Risman I think you had a little more than alcohol at the clubs partying.😉
♥️
Where did you get your blue swimmers from? I really like them!
Interested in traveling more!! what would you say are good resources to figure out backpacker traveling routes?
Travel blogs are amazing sources of information 😊 just a simple Google search should direct you in the right place!
God bless you and your family
Nice video.
You’re a badass don’t ever forget it

Your videos are really great but i think you should buy/ invest on drones...
Christianne would you say Turkey is safe to travel for solo female travellers? Anything in particular you need to look out for?
Safest place on earth 😀

Hey have you uploaded your Tenerife vlog or did I just miss it ??
Do your pilots licence in para gliding.
I would love to one day!

Can you explain the psychology of why some humans don't want to just stay in one place?
I can’t speak for all humans but for me, it’s curiosity, love of adventure, excitement and adrenaline.
