Unfortunately not. I think you might be able to code that if you have access to the mercedes diagnostic/computer system. But it's not in any of the settings or menus.
@JamaicanMeCrazy I can tell you in our 450+ it raises up by itself when we are driving around slowly in parking lots. And when we are on the highway I can tell it lowers its stance. It’s all automatic. But there’s not a manual control button
