It wont shatter everyone’s beliefs. People believe different things. I'm agnostic but place value on the teachings of the bible regardless of historical technicalities. Verry few people take the teachings literally. It’s mostly stories that teach moral lessons from a philosophical standpoint. All right, I've just got to say this -- the story of David and Goliath is not a contradiction. David killed Goliath with a sling stone. But he wanted to take his head back to the King to prove him dead. It's pretty hard to cut anything with a sling, so he used the fallen warrior's sword (as presumably the closest appropriate tool for the job) to cut his head off. This isn't hard, people.

And not loving like you love your wife. God didn’t specifically create satan. Satan was God’s mightiest of angels, and he chose to rebel, and God allowed him, because God loves his creations. It is the same concept as if you were to have a child. You will love your child no matter what they do. You might disown them, or dislike what they do and who they are, but you will love your creation. Such is God’s way. We were created in his image. Think, if God never allowed Satan to rebel that would mean there would be no evil. Only good. How would anything actually be alive if there were no choices? How can anything actually matter or exist if there is only one way to be? From a Christians standpoint, that is why Jesus Christ sacrificed himself for us. God embodied himself in a human being so that he may experience what we go through as humans. He gave his son so that we may live our lives and make the choices we choose wether they are good or evil because he loves us, and so that we are forgiven. It’s really that simple. I take it you didn't watch the video. The narrator clearly said that the book of Barnabas was disproved by many sources as it was not written in Biblical times. The book was written in 1500, so your questioning makes no sense.

This supposed lost chapter (more than likely one out of many) isn't any less nor any more unbelievable than any of the others that made their way into the Bible. The Book of Enok, for example, was supposedly kept from the Bible because it practically suggests contact with alien life forms yet there's plenty of stories left within it that are just as crazy that we're expected to believe. Either lay it all out and include everything and let people take it for what they want, or don't "publish" any of it at all. They've literally chosen what fits best with their narrative and completely disregarded anything that might challenge that or steer you in a completely different direction than they want and it literally takes the term "cherry-picking" to a whole new level.

If all of the writings about Jesus were to be put out in one single book it would be around 100 and something thousand pages. I wonder if the Gospel of Barnabas was written by somebody using a poorly drawn map of the time. Maps back then will often poorly drawn and highly inaccurate so it's possible that when someone faked it that used to Miss drawn map that might have been used around the 1500s.

So many claims that Paul never even met Jesus, and the authenticity of the authors of the many versions of the bible. Another one from the top of my head, a verse I heard one time about Jesus not knowing the hour, and without a doubt, God knows everything since he is perfect and divine. Since he is perfect, it wouldn't make sense to look like his creation or be anything like it. In any form not just physically. The inconsistencies of the creation story could be as simple as time is relative and doesn’t exist and God lives outside of time itself so everything has happened at the same time and yet nothing as happened as the same time. It wont shatter everyone’s beliefs. People believe different things. I'm agnostic but place value on the teachings of the bible regardless of historical technicalities. Verry few people take the teachings literally. It’s mostly stories that teach moral lessons from a philosophical standpoint. Religion is all people had before codified law to set a moral framework for a functional society.

All right, I've just got to say this -- the story of David and Goliath is not a contradiction. David killed Goliath with a sling stone. But he wanted to take his head back to the King to prove him dead. It's pretty hard to cut anything with a sling, so he used the fallen warrior's sword (as presumably the closest appropriate tool for the job) to cut his head off. This isn't hard, people.

Think, if God never allowed Satan to rebel that would mean there would be no evil. Only good. How would anything actually be alive if there were no choices? How can anything actually matter or exist if there is only one way to be? From a Christians standpoint, that is why Jesus Christ sacrificed himself for us. God embodied himself in a human being so that he may experience what we go through as humans. He gave his son so that we may live our lives and make the choices we choose wether they are good or evil because he loves us, and so that we are forgiven. It’s really that simple. This supposed lost chapter (more than likely one out of many) isn't any less nor any more unbelievable than any of the others that made their way into the Bible. The Book of Enok, for example, was supposedly kept from the Bible because it practically suggests contact with alien life forms yet there's plenty of stories left within it that are just as crazy that we're expected to believe. Either lay it all out and include everything and let people take it for what they want, or don't "publish" any of it at all. I wonder if the Gospel of Barnabas was written by somebody using a poorly drawn map of the time. Maps back then will often poorly drawn and highly inaccurate so it's possible that when someone faked it that used to Miss drawn map that might have been used around the 1500s.

Nobody needs to see or hear when they're dead, right? You're in a totally different reality, in a totally different form, disconnected from everything physical. I believe that there is an order, a hierarchy in that main reality. That's why questions like "what was before God" and "what is God" don't make sense. There's no timeline in "God's reality" and God just...is! God's energy (if you will) is everywhere, connected to everything that is, including of course, this inferior, created reality. In the Bible it's being said that "no one can see God and live". Of course! You cannot perceive God's energy while alive, because we were designed that way. We can experience God's presence in our lives and in our world, because this entire reality is part of God's reality. The Bible is nothing more than a "user's manual" meant to help us navigate through this existence and to show us how we can return to where we belong, in God's metaphorical arms.
What is the purpose of all this? I don't know and I doubt that anyone could ever figure it out while still alive. But everyone will find out, once they arrive to their true destination...

Please Read English Quran, you will find the truth, God has revealed his books to different prophet, Moses he gave Torah- which the Jewish changed. Gospel to Jesus -which is also changed and turned into Bible. Then then Final book Quran was revealed to Muhammed. And God made a tight seal and protection on that book none can change and will be forever guarded by angels. So if we humans don't read his final book, then its a waste to just discover other stories, Quran will tell what happened. It's so sad that we human's has always been ignorant and blind, instead of searching around for reality for truth, we ignore the real truth because we have fixed our mind not to believe. Don't you see where it's all actually relating to. Allah didn't just make everything incomplete for us human and die without knowing the truth, Allah has already revealed the last book and cleared every doubt for us. Do you want to die without know the real truth, and God knows every heart that who really looked for the truth and who didn't, after reading this comment if you ignore then nothing in the world can change you or help you, because you are lost by purpose.
