Memes aside, as a Catholic I feel the need to point out that there's no difference in terms of Books when it comes to the Protestant and Catholic/Eastern Orthodox versions of the New Testament.
The debate was over the Deuterocanon and books in the old testament, because the Ecumenical Councils that decided the biblical canon included books in the Christian Old testament like Tobit, Maccabees, parts of Esther, Wisdom, Sirach, etc. that aren't part of the Pharisaic/Rabbinic Old Testament (sorry if anyone finds the former description offensive, but it's important for the framing of the church's interpretation/perspective of the OT). All of them were part of the Septuagint (the Greek translation of the OT given to greek jewish communities before the church even existed) and many of them have been found among the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Not gonna argue over which is correct, but just clarifying. There are parts of the non-canonical books that are reflected in VERY old artwork and such from times before the church was organized (like Mary giving birth in a cave), but the councils ruled them as apocryphal, and historians mostly agree.
Now, on that note, some of the texts like the first of Clément's Epistles (the later ones are spurious) and the Didache (which is THE oldest non-biblical Christian text) are SUPPORTED by historians and the church alike and so are kept separate from scripture as reference for the sake of study and church history, but are in NO WAY considered as authoritative as Scripture. More as supplemental to doctrine and study in the same way as the other writings of the Church Fathers.

Actually, as a Catholic, the answer I've always heard about the "brothers" of Christ is simply that the original Aramaic word used in the Gospels does not exclusively mean "son of my father and mother" - 1st Century Aramaic had no specific word for cousins and other similar relatives and simply used "brother" and "sister" as a general catch-all term for them. As far as I've heard, the Catholic position is that Jesus' "brothers" were actually his cousins.

The other argument is that Joseph had a previous marriage and was an older man. I personally beleive joseph was younger because if he was older the journey as a refugee in Egypt probably would have killed him early, however being old explains why he’s dead when Jesus is 30. Yea as a Catholic and a guy who enjoys linguistics, it's an interesting seeing how the translators of old (the Alexandrian sages, St. Jerome, Aquila of Sinope, the priests of Douai, the ecclesiastics of King James I of England) and the more contemporary ones (Mgr. Ronald Knox, the RSV-translators, etc.) have to deal with peculiarities that exist in old languages and that certainly haven't died in modern languages. After all, even in Tagalog our system of family reference names doesn't really distinguish between older cousins and older brothers. Plus, I believe channels like NativLang have covered how there are some 8 different "family systems" in linguistics.

I know the full story of Adam and Eve, and it’s a great story, but it’s too far fetched to be real. Evolution has immense evidence to back it up, and the big bang theory while relatively new ALSO has a fair bit of evidence. Thing is, I really want some form of God to be real. So long as I’m not sent to suffer for eternity for living a pretty standard life. I want to believe that I’ll get to see my grandpa who was like a father to me again, but I just can’t. It’s like believing in magic. I want it to be real so bad, but nothing I’ve ever heard in my adult life has come close to convincing me. It just goes against everything we can prove. “Have faith” says the Christians, as they likely spend their lives devoting themselves to nothing. Help me understand. Because I can’t help but feel that religion is nothing more than a coping mechanism for humanities greatest fear (death), or a way to find power and wealth like so many religions have done in the past.

Hey, I know this is an old vid and there is no chance of you seeing this, but i just felt let getting it out there. I have been, for most of my young life, an apostate of the protestant religion. I fully believe that my leaving of the faith was inevitable from a young age when looking back on my life, who I am, and who I was. I don't think that anything could've changed that outcome in my life. If there is someone who designed us, then they put it within my nature to leave the church. From a very, very young age, I had questions about things, and if the question didn't align with the beliefs of those around me, or they didn't have an answer, they wouldn't seek to find me an answer or challenge their own beliefs, they would just say "you only need to have faith," and faith just wasn't good enough for me. It was all the same people who said that I needed to love and respect my father despite the fact that he would blame and punish me for his shortcomings as a husband, father, and human being. Just have faith, just love. So, I stopped believing. I saw the hipocracies within the bible and those who follow it, and found I could not justifiably put faith into it or those who do. I also found that I didn't need religion. I know that I am a good person, I have meaning within my life as defined by who I am and who I want to be. I don't believe in nor do I need a promise or threat of an afterlife to live my life. I'm just going to live while I'm alive.
But for the longest time, despite saying otherwise, I held a huge grudge on Christianity, and further Christians. It did not help when a lot of people say things like "oh you don't have a problem with Christianity, people pervert the religion, but the religion itself didn't harm you." To me, that line has always infuriated me as it is that very religion that justified the way people treated and talked to me as I was questioning the religion. But I found you and your videos. I first saw one by suggestion of a friend that I watch you FNaF lore video, as I am a huge FNaF friend and they loved your content, so they wanted to introduce me to you with something I was already very familiar with (and the only video I've seen where I actually already knew everything you said haha). But as I kept watching, I fell more in love with your content, and then I learned that you were a Christian and, for the first time, I didn't really feel anything negative about it. You have such a way of talking and describing things that is both charasmatic, inviting, and entertaining. You make people want to feel passionate about the things you are passionate about, you draw us in, and even if it's something we don't like, you make us want to watch it, for your sake more than anything, and we come out on the other end feeling better for it.
I'm not going to lead this message into saying that you reconverted me to Christianity. I don't think anyone or anything less than Jesus Christ himself, undeniably in front of me, could do that. That being said, you have helped me overcome my distaste in the Christian religion and, although I am not a Christian and do not hold the Bible to be holy or historical, you have revitalized my childhood interest in the lore of Christian faith. While I don't think I'll study the Bible like I used to, I definitely enjoy hearing those who do and are passionate about it talk about the stories that they hold dear,.

As a muslim who has particularly a interest in the 3 abrahamic religions and their history. I can say: I appreciate the effort u made into this video. Some books were in my "to-read list", so it's good to know which ones I can take with a pinch of salt. I finished recently "The Shepherd of Hermas", it really showed the early christians (also where in the list would it belong,; historical?) and I am currently reading the dead sea scrolls, but since I do this in my free time, it takes me some time to finish it.
Btw: I don't read to convert, I am a faithfull, practicing muslim, since I already believe in Jesus pbuh as the messiah, I wanted to look at how he was viewed in the early churches. So before people are trying to convert me, don't worry I am critical of any religion so I know what I believe.
    Lastly I want to finish with a sentence from the Quran, to illustrate how Muslims view Jesus pbuh;
[The Day] when Allāh will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, remember My favor upon you and upon your mother when I supported you with the Pure Spirit [i.e., the angel Gabriel] and you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity; and [remember] when I taught you writing and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and when you designed from clay [what was] like the form of a bird with My permission, then you breathed into it, and it became a bird with My permission; and you healed the blind [from birth] and the leper with My permission; and when you brought forth the dead with My permission; and when I restrained the Children of Israel from [killing] you when you came to them with clear proofs and those who disbelieved among them said, "This is not but obvious magic." The more you study Islam alongside Christianity and Judaism, the more you realize (1) how much of Judaism was an attempt to remember the distant past by iron age people with all kinds of ridiculous superstitious laws, (2) how much of Christianity is based on a couple centuries of fan fiction devoted to rumors about a guy who pissed off a few Romans, written by somewhere gullible people who desperately needed some hope in their lives, and (3) how much Islam derives from how a man with a seizure disorder trying to recite those Christian and Jewish texts by memory, getting key details wrong and revising others for literary effect - and then deciding to use it to create a conquest empire.

Well my friend I can offer you such an account. A story of my life goes a bit like this, and I dont want you to feel bad for me or pity me. I simply tell this story to show people why I believe in what I do
My father was very hard on me growing up because he wanted me to succeed in life. He wanted me to know what hard work looked and felt like. It wasnt very often I heard my father say the words "Im proud of you" so I did a lot of things to try to impress him. When i was 14 my grandfather passed away and it was a very sudden and shitty thing to have happen. Well at the funeral everything seemed numb, just bizare. Well it all came to a head when my cousin told me how I was my grandfathers favorite of all his grandchildren. It made me incredibly sad because I didnt see him often so I didnt get many chances to deeply connect with him. Well when the time came I, my father, my uncle and my cousin carried my grandpa to his grave. I was deeply depressed because my grandpa was my hero. He taught me a lot in the times I did see him. A month later my grandma died as well. Rinse and repeat the hell we went through with burying mg grandfather. Well everyone was deeply depressed, especially my dad and I. I cried myself to sleep most nights from the pain i felt in my heart. I was failing in school, I believed whole heartedly that my dad hated me because I wasnt nearly as smart as him. Well I took his pistol and I attempted to shoot myself. It didnt work cause the gun jammed twice. Then I went upstairs to my room and wailed believing I was such a failure I screwed up my own suicide. I then tried eating a whole bottle of pills and I threw them up that night. I woke up thr next day and at one point I was so angry that I screamed at the sky I hated God and id never forgive him for taking them away. He took two people I needed now more than ever. I renounced my faith and wanted nothing to do with it. Well a few days later I saw a bible on the seat of my truck and I asked my dad what it was. He told me it was my grandma and grandpas last gift to me. It had my name in it and said "we love you and are so proud of the path your walking. Always remember even when were gone, were still with you in your heart. We love you so much. Grandma and grandpa." I wept right there and told my dad everything. I told him how much I hurt and how I hated myself and believed he did too. And how badly I wanted to end my life. He started to cry too because he couldnt bear the thought of losing his one and only son. He told me "Son, ive never hated you. In the years ive been alive everything I ever did was for you, your mom and your sister. I was so excited when you were born I couldnt contain my excitement. I love you and ill always love you, you never let me down I swear." I begged God for forgiveness and I apologized for how simple minded id been. Ever since then ive followed the bible much closer and much harder

The Book of Enoch is probably the one I find the most fascinating, not because I believe it to be real but because if there's any figure in the Old Testament I WISH we knew more about, it's him.
Like, Genesis just casually throws him in in the list of Adam's descendants and implies he was so righteous or learned that he ascended (or "God took him")... and it's just never addressed again by anyone in the entire rest of the Bible.
Even now speculation abounds about what it means, whether it's that he uniquely died and went to heaven unlike EVERYONE ELSE in the OT prior to Christ opening the gateway to salvation, or if it's being wholly literal. And either case has INSANE implications about the man himself and the very nature of salvation during that era (at the very least).
I know the general interpretation from old traditions is that he was so righteous that rather than let him be tainted by the world God let him die before his time, but even that is extrapolating a lot from very little.
And as far as the contents of the Books themselves, they're bizarre and fascinating to say the very least.

Don't blame humans for your belief. Blame the existence/nonexistance of god.
Learn for yourself the slavery passages in Leviticus. Read about Jephthah's daughter. Read about Genesis' firmament, the fallacy of divine hiddeness, see how many legs Leviticus 20 says beetles and grasshoppers have, research how we have no original copies of Biblical books, learn how Moses never wrote the Torah and use that as a springboard for just how many authors there actually are who chopped and edited and twisted the Bible from a polythiestic text to a monotheistic one (Baal was actually considered a legitimate god, learn about it)
I primarily cite divine hiddeness and god's condoning the fate of Jephthah's daughter as primary reasons that keep my from believing in, much less worshipping, Abrahamic gods.

Lost books from the Bible have always been a fun topic for me to occasionally return to, and I loved seeing your take on them. I would definitely return for more. Gotta say though, I was expecting to see Enoch get mentioned in here, so its omission was a surprise for me. Not a deterrent or a disappointment; just a surprise. The combination of your talent for thorough research, having a friendly, casual vibe while also clearly being incredibly passionate, your ability to balance humor and presentation with respect for the things you're talking about, and your... _Wendigoon-y_ personality makes it easy, engaging, and very entertaining to learn about.
