This is still the best Raptor demo I've seen on YT. That pilot was on point (figurately and literally), for the whole thing. That power loop was mind blowing.
Holy crap at 8:45 when that F22 did a tight somersault while going vertical and pointed itself in the opposite direction jesus christ that thing is stupid good. I can't imagine a networked squadron of these things good freaking night !!!

The F-22 Faptor is an amazing fighter I have seen it perform several times the Raptor has some pretty amazing manouvers my favorite is Freedom's Thunder at 700 mph
Fantastic video, thanks for sharing! Back in early 2000 I saw this being tested in Marietta GA. It came out of nowhere, vertical right next to my car. Saw it before I heard it. It had its weapons bay doors open and flashed by, then it was gone! When I got to my hotel I did a quick search and found out Lockheed was testing the Raptor right in the area it flashed by my car... I knew it was going to be a game changer years before it made air show appearances. No doubt Lockheed makes some amazing jets! I read somewhere they dropped it from 3 stories up... it took a nice bounce but continued flying with no discernible damage. Thanks again for a great video...

The stunt at 5:49 where it turns to the left while almost hovering is crazy. I got that on my vid but it doesn't zoom as good as yours. I also just got it started again about 5 seconds late when it was doing that master stunt at 9:08! Im glad I found your video though it's very clear.
Yeah too bad it's only static. I did get a brief interview with the pilot though. Interesting plane. Cool to see anyways. If I'm honest I was more interested in the A10 they have here this year
It may not maneuver like the su37 - as far as we know - but it makes up the difference with other factors, and the engines are the game-changers. I think they give the raptor one of its' unfair advantages. With over 70,000 lbs. of brute force and supercruise to go along, any adversary will be forced to go to afterburner just to keep up. They better have enough fuel for the trip.
