Why does my poolish not rise even though I followed directions and made sure the water was warm (100 degrees)?

I'm new to this type of dough, however I was asked what the hydration level of this dough is?

I'd say around 70 percent. Which is probably the best for people who are making their first time Poolish.

When and where do you add the salt?

    • @memesfromtiktok5314

When you need to actually make the pizza dough. Not while making Poolish. It would kill the yeast.

I'm sorry for the late reply. You don't need to add salt when making the dough with our kit because it's already included in the mix. Our website has a chat feature where you can ask any questions. Visit prepapizza.com
