I am from BTM layout and I can imagine how it was during 1990 and how rapidly it started growing. Disney Chai/Disney Bakery is hardly 500 mtrs from my house. Now I think people prefer to stay in the outskirts by taking full flat at very economic rates. In PG you feel like in a prison. But BTM crowd is decent. Even now lots of PGs operate over here. Many People get addicted to BTM which they refuse to leave but job prospects force them to shift to near office locations.

Compare to btm .. HSR and Jayanagar is far better .. don't have that much traffic.. in btm I ll always stuck up with chocolate factory road and tavkere road
