Thank you for the video. You speak my thoughts! I am also a nurse with 2 little ones, cloth diapering, getting crunchier by the day and I started questioning a lot about healthcare after 2020. It is alarming no one wants to tell you side effects the v a c c i n e s can have on our children. Love the strawberry cinnamon rolls. You’re crushing it Mama!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding your family's health and 'medical' needs. As for me and my family, we haven't been to a doctor/clinic/hospital for over 10 years. We haven't had a NEED to go! I agree there are certainly situations/emergencies where I would not hesitate to go in that direction, but we've been blessed with good health. Our lifestyle is very much like yours in that we eat healthy, grow most of our own food, and believe that God created this beautiful world to contain everything that our bodies require for health... NATURALLY. I look forward to the day when ALL people understand that popping pharmaceuticals isn't the answer to every ailment, and when doctors are actually taught about nutrition and natural solutions. I believe that day will come!
I truly love your videos and look forward to hearing about the birth of your new little blessing! ❤

I love hearing your story about your births and how you feel about birth. When I had my first son at 18 in 2011, I was privileged enough to be able to be exposed to knowledge about natural birth and home birth. I never had that experience of birthing in a hospital myself, but I have been there for my sister when she had her three c-sections in the hospital and I was able to see the Stark difference in treatment and privacy Etc. I'm so appreciative for my experience and everything that I've learned since having two more children naturally at home. I pray more women realize they have more options than just the hospital, If their healthy and can birth on their own.

Oh dear one. Take a moment today and breathe a prayer of gratitude. This was so beautiful, and at the same time, so difficult to watch. My heart aches as I desperately wish I could be nesting like this, preparing for our new babe, tending my home while my littles learn and enjoy life. But I can't. This is just what the Lord has for us right now- a season of inconvenience, of dependence on family, and of feeling utterly out of control of our circumstances. You are blessed. Please don't ever forget that, especially on hard days. You've cultivated a beautiful home, have the support of your family, and the blessing and gift of being able to live this precious life fulfilling your roles of wife, mother, homemaker surrounded by beauty. Treasure it, Mama.❤ It's a rare and beautiful gift

I'm 42, 6 months pregnant after having 3 children, 16, 13 and 11.... I always have needed C-section. I'm sad I can't do it natural😔 I'm extremely healthy and am excited to meet the new baby. I've changed my mindset and life over the past 10 years and no longer allow my family to have all the chemicals, microwave, frozen crap and I feel this round is going to be very different especially when I'm arguing about vaccines at birth. Anyway thank you, vits funny I came across your laundry soap video and here you are sharing about healthy pregnancy ❤️ thank you!! Also I found magnesium topical gel, all natural and works amazing 😍🤩 also I had T5 and T6 compression fractures and when I woke up from the accident my husband hadn't signed for my surgery and fir whatever reason I refused against all the doctors orders and grounded several hours a day, increased certain vital vitamins necessary for bone health and was 80% healed in 10 weeks! Grounding, meditating in nature is 100% the reason I healed and dropped jaws at the the surgeons office❤️

Everyone thought I had lost my mind. I tried to get my daughter to go natural and at home, but she thought about it for one second and said NO. She didn’t want to feel a thing. Earthley’s Postpartum Balance was the difference maker in not experiencing intense nighttime temperature swings!
AND their Gut tincture SAVED our family after years of battling pinworms with toddlers. We had tried everything from conventional pesticides, extreme hygiene and cleaning regiment, to detoxes, elimination diets, and other natural supplements. After only three months of taking their tincture, a few days a week, we have won the battle on parasites. All while living in the tropics, that’s no easy feat 😅. Can’t sing Earthley’s praises enough!
I’ll be sure to use your code when I restock for baby #5, due in about 6 weeks.

Magnesium has literally changed my life!
I started taking it PP after my 4th daily, with extra sea salt in my diet. For my 5th I’ve had zero morning sickness or fatigue. I’ve always struggled with sickness and fatigue while pregnant! Also the magnesium has curbed my chronic headaches. 1L salt water and 500-1000mg magnesium is my “advil” replacement-and this is only necessary for me to take VERY rarely, contrary to regularly when I used advil! Plus my perpetually ultra-low blood pressure is now completely normal. I’m so very thankful for these improvements.

I'll be 42 this year and this also scares me a bit cause doctors keep saying that the "older" the mom, the more complicated the pregnancy... I gave birth naturally to both my boys and it was a blessing!
Any other 42+ future moms around here?

Many of my ancestors had healthy babies well in their 40s without interventions and on farms and homesteads. I’m so glad I came across your channel! It was mainly for the cooking but I’m hoping this is where God led me to help with my current pregnancy. My first baby took 8 years to conceive because I finally found a dr who listened to me and I had my surgery to remove my severe case of endometriosis. I had a beautiful, healthy pregnancy, and then she just stopped moving one day and had to have an emergency c section at 30 weeks. She was born with no blood and basically dead. There was no reason she should’ve been born that way..nothing wrong with uterus or placenta, no detachment, nothing. They still can’t figure out why she was born that way after months of testing. Well God did a miracle and thankfully she is 1 year and 7 months and perfectly healthy! I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant and I am nervous to have an early pregnancy again. Do you feel that the supplements you started taking helped you go full term after your first couple of children? Sadly, I am not accepted at any birthing centers near me because they said I am considered high risk due to my endometriosis and it being over a year since my surgery, and now even more because of how my first child was born. I don’t know if I should be asking my gyno to not do certain things at my visits or what, especially because I am considered high risk now with my previous birth and he said they would be taking extra precautions. Sorry for the long post!🙈 I’m trying my best to make this pregnancy extra healthy even though my last was as healthy as I could think!

But, I think this "coffee flavored" tea might be super interesting to try!

I find it really interesting, that you have subclinical (borderline) thyroid imbalance. I had it too. The problem was my t4. I was suuuper symptomatic to it. Like lost my mind. I was put on synthroid. Was intolerant. Then armour. It didnt agree with me. Then back to synthroid to rebalance that out. I got fed up, now I'm on tirosint. I feel depressed and sluggish. Im also on t3 to help with that, and i take progesterone for the 2nd half of my cycle. Im about to stop that, i think, and i got a chastetree berry (vitex) tea that I'll be getting tomorrow. I checked out the earthly website you mention and looked at the ingredients for the tinctures. I saw a lot of leafe tea's, so I'm having my husband get those. Im also getting a 2nd opinion from another naturopath because i haven't gotten anywhere with mine. Anyways, i just wanted to thank you for your content and giving the information you use in your daily life and with your health.

To get around the "science" part of making a vitamin list
    Just write
    "This is what I use"
I am not a doctor and don't prescribe any one else to do this, this is just works for me, each person should consult their health professional before adding or changing their diet

Have you had any issues with nausea during pregnancy? I've had hyperemesis with both of my babies, and it makes me fearful to conceive again. I would have a hundred babies if it weren't for how sick I get (to the point that it is difficult to care for my other kids, and that I have been hospitalized for dehydration...)

Hello Steff, I soo love you channel and keep coming back to watch more since I found you. Have a safe pregnancy! You can still write a blog post for your supplement recommendations, but just unindex it so Google won't see it. This is what I do, too, in my blog, if i write something that is only for my readers, but not for Google. Hope it helps.

I do have a question. With all of my ailments and diagnosis’s. I have found that I have a gluten intolerance. I don’t have celiac but I do have a thyroid problem. That in my research and talking with my doctor is that gluten is toxic to the thyroid. That is causes your own body to attack your thyroid. So the question that I have is why do you eat so much bread and use so much flour. Even using einkorn or Italian flours I still stuff after eating it.
