She has a strong mind, a strong loyal heart and a strong body that’s literally built to fight. Armin’s the wisdom, he sees the dimmest signs and in a way is the deuteragonist. He’s the embodiment of Eren’s contrast in all ways. Especially perspective. Overall, it started with three, it’ll end with three. Why else would future Eren possess kid Eren and ruthlessly save Mikasa as a kid? The way he just found her in the woods doesn’t even make sense and his state of consciousness as he was saving her was so eerie and off. Why else would he have had so much faith in Armin? Every move on Eren’s side means something. He was so hell bent on saving Historia because he saw the future of a child (probably his) that was necessary for his plans. Ion want a happy ending, I want a bittersweet one regardless of who is winning.

It’s just sad that the path he had to take entertains only solitude. He reminds me of Sasuke and what would’ve happened if Sasuke had won the last fight against Naruto.

The events in chapter 137 could very well have been a consolation prize for their efforts to stop Eren, the only version where they don't all die but they also don't successfully stop him. They wont have to live with the guilt of not having tried everything, but they'll be safe as well. That is if Eren resumes the rumbling and they can't even find him.
But eren is with them as we saw him pretty much get shot and attach himself with zeke and we saw his face when he is a titan so that theory doesn't make sense

He did it to free them all, he could have stopped their transformations but he didn't, he even talked to them in the paths but they still chose to go against him. The whole point of what he is doing is to have that "freedom of choice", the alliance chose to put their lives on the line and try to stop the rumbling just as Eren did to start the rumbling. I don't want mikasa out of all people to die but as long as she gets some closure then sionara, honestly we all knew subconsciously that she was dying especially in the panel where she says "see you later eren".
I think mikasa's "see you later eren" could be something she says right after armin blew him up like a final goodbye. Another possibility is that the alliance could have been saved by falco's titan but they decide to stay and try to protect the people from fort slava. Eren might even contact them through the paths telling them that it's over and they have nothing else to do, but they stay and fight anyway and, while dying, mikasa says her final line "see you soon eren" .
Honestly I want reiner to get this send off. He gets what he wants after all this time, death, and to be the genuine article, a person worthy of being the armored titan after all acting as an actual shield in his last moments.

SPOILER... It's a time loop, that's why Eren was crying when he woke up in the first chapter. He made mistakes over and over again because he did not want to sacrifice the lives of his friends and love ones. He tried to changed everything, but the events he saw can't be changed. But now he needs to sacrifice them, and did not hesitate to let them die, and he will not fail this time. The manga is the timeline where he made and sacrifice everything for the Rumbling, because it's the only way. . The last chapter will be the first chapter again where Eren wakes up and asking why Mikasa's hair was long. He looked at his surroundings and there he saw everything. Flowers, birds, trees. Armin was running into them holding a shell and Eren was confused, he did not saw any walls. And the last panel shows Eren holding the reincarnated Ymir.

I really wouldn't underestimare Isayama writing this. At least I don't believe him building up several plottwists and so much tension and let it all unexplained towards the end. I saw a video by Manga horse where it was calculated how many titans are in the walls based on THE colossal titan's size and it was something in the in the hundreds of thousands if not less, far from even a million. Not sure if Isayama ever had that calculated and thinks they should be millions or if it is an exaggeration as no one knows how many they are.

Maybe Eren is not going to restart the rumbling. Maybe he will end it, by transforming all these colossal titans back to humans? There is these picture in season 2 ending. Thousands of people walking in a row. It's hard to believe that the rumbling will be restarted, there are just two chapters left. But I see at least two opportunities for Eren to be on Paradise island. The warhammer ability and the ability to save your life with the titan brain (like Rainer did in 78)

Eren loses, the day is saved, says "You're free" to the baby, baby has green glowing eyes. Eren gives the attack Titan to Historia's baby and let's him/her decide what to do going forward.
I think the ending panel "you are free" is the ending when the world is gone and all that's left is paradis island and the titans are all gone even the nine titans and destroyed and eren uses the baby to connect to the paths to communicate with eldians for the last time and says why he did it all and now the threat of titans is gone like he promised. He ends with saying "You are free" not to the baby but to the eldians and specifically the alliance. The end!!
Well, the future memories of him flying in the air were stated a few chapters back. Remember he consumed some of the Zeke spinal fluids that were inside the wine. This means somewhere in the past was another titan that could fly.

Theory: The main source of Ymir Power is the Hallucigenia and if that destroy probably all the Eldians become normal human again which means the wall titans going to transform to humans. It actually align with 'Yuugure no Tori'. Since half or many people in the world died, they will be the new inhabitant together with the survivor in the new world. This will secure a forced peace agaisnt the world because Eldians race is now dominate the earth. I don't think the alliance going to die (maybe Reiner) but I don't think Eren or the alliance going to be targeted because they were the one who end the curse, meaning they could be the new heroes for the released Eldians. It's a time loop, that's why Eren was crying when he woke up in the first chapter. He made mistakes over and over again because he did not want to sacrifice the lives of his friends and love ones. He tried to changed everything, but the events he saw can't be changed. But now he needs to sacrifice them, and did not hesitate to let them die, and he will not fail this time. The manga is the timeline where he made and sacrifice everything for the Rumbling, because it's the only way. . The last chapter will be the first chapter again where Eren wakes up and asking why Mikasa's hair was long. He looked at his surroundings and there he saw everything. Flowers, birds, trees. Armin was running into them holding a shell and Eren was confused, he did not saw any walls.
And the last panel shows Eren holding the reincarnated Ymir.

I really wouldn't underestimare Isayama writing this. At least I don't believe him building up several plottwists and so much tension and let it all unexplained towards the end. We still have 2 chapters left as as far as I know the last chapter has to be longer (meaning the pages) than usual (correct me if I'm wrong though).
I would laugh if Eren did this to make all his friends come to Paradis so they would be safe from the Rumbling which truly brings them freedom and into a new world, while everyone else is getting slaughtered.

I saw a video by Manga horse where it was calculated how many titans are in the walls based on THE colossal titan's size and it was something in the in the hundreds of thousands if not less, far from even a million. Not sure if Isayama ever had that calculated and thinks they should be millions or if it is an exaggeration as no one knows how many they are.

It's hard to believe that the rumbling will be restarted, there are just two chapters left. But I see at least two opportunities for Eren to be on Paradise island.

However we don't know if they are real humans transformed into titans or just titan body. Because when the rumbling stopped if they were "normal" titans they should have chased the people that were there as every Titan eats humans. But they stopped there as if they are not real humans transformed into titans. Hope that I explained it well

Eren gives the attack Titan to Historia's baby and let's him/her decide what to do going forward.
I think the ending panel "you are free" is the ending when the world is gone and all that's left is paradis island and the titans are all gone even the nine titans and destroyed and eren uses the baby to connect to the paths to communicate with eldians for the last time and says why he did it all and now the threat of titans is gone like he promised. He ends with saying "You are free" not to the baby but to the eldians and specifically the alliance. The end!!

Theory:
The main source of Ymir Power is the Hallucigenia and if that destroy probably all the Eldians become normal human again which means the wall titans going to transform to humans. It actually align with 'Yuugure no Tori'.
Since half or many people in the world died, they will be the new inhabitant together with the survivor in the new world. This will secure a forced peace agaisnt the world because Eldians race is now dominate the earth. I don't think the alliance going to die (maybe Reiner) but I don't think Eren or the alliance going to be targeted because they were the one who end the curse, meaning they could be the new heroes for the released Eldians. Then the newborn child will be a symbol of the first Eldian being born without curse of Ymir. Eren holding his child saying 'you're free' make sense then.
