Hi, that’s so cool you have your own butler! If so, do they pick you up at airport? How do they know what time to come get you? and plus I’ve only see people taking Xcaret shuttle. In this case would we not have a shuttle besides a butler? Just trying to clarify things here. Thank you!

dont forget all the upsells from the other xcaret hotels are included with casa de la playa such as resturant HA and XAAK usually $150/per person
