I really wish you had shown us what the back of the stitches looks like in this. But do appreciate your help- I am anxious to try my 4423’s double needle!
This video is very informative and helpful. However, is there a certain "formula" to figure out what width you should set the machine on when you sew the decorative stitches using a twin needle ? I appreciate your help and advice.
WOW! thank you for your great video' awesome instructions! I just bought this one to sew thick quilts and when I tried it I thought I do not like how it sews SO I RUclips on this brand and wahlah! great and thank you so much!
I have the ,classic version of which practically the same mine is heavy duty. but if you use a thinner thread is it ok to use double thread in one needle
@@marilyn6068 Rethread both needles, sounds like your thread didn't get into tension disc. And make sure width setting is appropriate for your twin needle size. Also be sure presser foot is up when threading needles. I know you have figured all this out by now, but someone else reading this might need the answer.
Is it real leather, or faux leather? Cuz if it is real leather and thick, then alas no there isn't a twin leather needle yet. Twin needles don't come in every needle type and/or size.

Have to agree. Really appreciate your video about this sewing machine.
Great tutorial! Just a question, are you using interfacing because my stitches do not look so good when I sew on fabric.
Thanks for the tutorial! Do you know if the singer quilting/walking foot attachment will work with this machine?
What kind of pressor food do you use for the twin needle ? I have a walking foot. Can I use that?
SO HELPFUL! Thank you!
Can you use the twin needle in a singer heavy duty 4400?
Can someone help with explaining how she is using the serger cone thread with Heavy Duty? Works flawless for her but no luck myself..
I have the ,classic version of which practically the same mine is heavy duty. but if you use a thinner thread is it ok to use double thread in one needle
Using one bobbin, what does it look like on the backside? The same?
Wow. I didn’t know this could be done with this was machine. Thankyou.
Very helpful - just what I needed! Thanks!
Can this be used as a double needle coverstitch? With two parallel straight stitches on top and zig zag on the bottom?
So freaking awesome!!!! Thank you, thank you!

What is so great about singer 4424
Great video . thx for your explanation. Love it
how fun! I have them and have yet to use mine...
Please show a close up of threading the needles. I couldn't figure out what sewing thread went into the needle holes.
Daisy Lewis she said it didn't matter at all.
Stitches on the right do not catch the bobbin thred. Any suggestions to fix that?
I have that problem too......can’t seem to get help

Thanks I learned something new 🙋
Thank you very much. Useful and well explained
Why can't you set your needle position to the far right and adjust the needle with stitch width switch and use the auto needle feeder ?
It would have been helpful to have shown what the reverse side of the seam looks like as well.
Thank you
