Transferring will get all your old stuff and everything saved on your old phone. If you set it up on a clean slate it will be much more quicker but if u want to save some things I recommend just transferring it.

@@gaysniper for iPhone to iPhone you can transfer as much as you want. How I do it is on my iPhone (adding the eSim, I would go into cellular and add). It would prompt your old iPhone to transfer number then you just follow the instructions. I deleted the eSim from the old iPhone after everything is working on your new iPhone.
Oddly, when I click on 'Cellular' on my iPhone 7, it pops up on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, that my carrier doesn't have this feature so it's not supported? I know my carrier sells iPhone 14 phones, so it's incorrect. Unsure of where to go from here? Unknown to me, the iPhone Pro Max 14 in Canada has the cradle to put your SIM card in to, so the guy at the store just swapped the SIM card, and everything is working as it did before! Unsure if all iPhone Pro Max have the SIM card cradle though, but we do have it here thankfully. It also shows now, that I can add ESIM SIM cards as well now.

Been fucked with 2nd month of contract with iPhone 14 and they wanted $560 first bill after paying $280ish first day of service for taxes between two phones… and they shut me off 36 days into service demanding the full $560. Like whatttt. Crazy. Anyways, now since then I’ve had to reset my phone and lost my ESim and AT&T has since also “cut” my number off so now I’m being refused to be given back my esim or anything connecting my IPhone 14 to my actual AT&T phone number (ported in previously somewhere on different service which I’m pissed I lost 5 yr number), to end the day with a fucked IPhone 14 with locked status on ESim but can’t even access my ESim to even receive my IMessages to my number, and yet these mf’s has since charged me twice, on my bill since they shut me off. Am I missing something AT&T?

Transferring will get all your old stuff and everything saved on your old phone. If you set it up on a clean slate it will be much more quicker but if u want to save some things I recommend just transferring it.

Yes u ca do this… after transfer and setup ur iPhone 14 then u can transfer esim but u will need call T-Mobile and ask them to send u qr code.
