Peanut Clusters
1 bag 12 oz Chocolate chips (semi, milk or dark chocolate) I use semi-sweet
1 bag 12 oz Butterscotch chips
1 c peanut butter
Melt in a large bowl in microwave at 30 seconds at a time so chips don't burn.
Once stirred and mixture is smooth, add 2-12 oz bags of Salted Spanish Peanuts.
Stir in till thoroughly incorporated and drop by teaspoon onto wax paper or put into mini cupcake papers.
Chill till set and enjoy !!

Better to use parchment instead of wax paper when making candy. Wax paper melts really easily.
