so, I got this, and I'm trying to hook up the motherboard cable. but it seems like the 18-1 and the 10 pin connectors are switched places around on the PSU side and I'd have to twist them/rip them apart to connect it up?????? Am I missing something? It almost seemed like you hid the connected motherboard cable from the video!
It’s a great power supply, but you don’t need it for the new GPUs. Unless you are like me and have only a 650W psu 😢. Thank you for the video! I just got the 850W version of this for myself.
It runs really hot because of the fans never kicking up to speed. If you think a little hot, i mean really hot. My exhaust fans never kick out hot air higher then 75°f. The psu shoots out 109°f.
My 24 pin atx cable that goes in the psu side has the extra bit of cable on the wrong side of the cable so i had to bend it around it so i could plug it into the psu... anyone alese had this to?
dude I'm fucking losing my mind with this shit right now. what the fuck were they thinking? it's clearly routed the wrong way and is nearly impossible to plug in. fuck this psu. AND on top of that the back screws (fan side) do not screw in all the way meaning they're drilled incorrectly.
The 16 pin to 16 ping 12VHPWR cable seems a bit short no? I feel like it might be smart to get an extension cable for it but I don’t know how reliable they are right now. Maybe I’m wrong though idk 🤷♂️
Can anyone comment on the flexibility of the 16 pin cable? A lot of people trying to fit a big fat 40 series card in their case would like to know if they can put the side panel back on after installing this psu.

So should i wait for Rtx 4060ti or buy 3060ti now bcoz my old gpu has already dead right now😒
I have the same MSI a750gf power supply with 4080 and all you need is a 12vhpwr adapter. Usually it comes with your GPU, but there’s custom ones online too, like cablemod. It just connects to the 3 regular PCIE 8pin cables on your power supply. The 4060ti might used less 8pin cables, but I’m not sure. So as long your psu meets the requirements of watts for your gpu you’ll be fine. The only difference from a PCIE 5 atx 3 power supply is that the 12vhpwr cable connects directly from your psu to your gpu, so you won’t need an extension for it. Any power supply will work.
