Paulina is a generational force of nature talent. 23 is very personal to her, to the point that this is the only time it has been performed live. Oh, but what a performance it was! She is 21 years old BTW.
I have been involved in music for 42 years now. I have my degree from Miami in music theory and in composition. I have studied many musicians from rock to classical from violin to electric guitar. I qualify this only to say that I am pretty sure that Paulina is a child prodigy as a musician. I have seen her hands in the way she plays piano and her breath control in her singing and she has a natural understanding and almost foresight in the way she performs over multiple platforms. I say this because I truly believe that it is this natural talent and her sister's amazing respect they all have for one another, without rivalry to get in the way, that drives the entire band. So yes I think Pau is probably the most naturally talented of the three but because of hard work and perseverance there is little that separates the sisters.
Yes. I agree that they are all exceptional but there is some spark inside Pau that almost everyone on the planet is lacking, no disrespect to anyone, especially her fantastic sisters who keep her humble and grounded. All three are AMAZING in all caps.
But Dany is the backbone live. She does 80% vocal lead, 100% rhythm guitar, 100% lead guitar, 70% front woman. All without a slip up, her guitar and vocals at this concert are flawless. They could both enjoy successful solo careers later.
It's pretty easy to keep up with their ages during 10 months of the year. It's now 2023 and Dany is 23, Pau is 2 years younger and Ale another 3 years behind.
Pau's got this fierce way about her when she's performing, and it's great. Her stage presence is just off the charts! Loved the reaction and especially the juicy stories of rejection and heartbreak at the end. I'm sure the guy that took off that night has been regretting his actions ever since. *Video Fact:* This live version of *23* was recorded during their Friday August 26, 2022 show. The first time Pau sang this song in front of an live audience. Cause on the second show, Moday August 29, 2022 show. Pablo Gonzalez, the bands mentor plus Ale's bass teacher played bass next to his pupil (Ale) playing on 23. That's the version I really wanted to watch but The Warning didn't release it. And I understand why. *23* was to showcase Pau. Not Ale.
The 29th August version had some technical glitches early on. Its evident in the fan cam recordings. So it was scrapped. The Warning wanted to pay homage to their mentors on 29th. Pretty sure had there been no technical faults they would have gone ahead with it.

If you listen closely, they did mix in Pablo's bass into this final product, even though he is not in the video. ;)
