Didn’t he do well? Nice to see you, nice. Am I the only one who thought about Brucie?
Saying 'No to crack' is a great way to start off the new channel! Cheers!
My wife constantly nags me about this problem. There isn't a day that goes by when she doesn't remind me that we have a crack in the bedroom that she wants me to fill. When we 1st got together I was much more enthusiastic about these chores, but now after 29 years together the very thought turns me cold. I've tried to explain this to her but all she says is that if I'm not willing to do it she'll have to get an expert in to do the job.
If the filler is cement based, make sure it doesn't dry too quickly. Hang a moisten sheet on the wall to keep it from drying too fast in the sun. Cement loves time and moisture. Treat it well and it will thank you by being super hard and solid. Enjoy your fishing!
WHYYYYY EEEEEEEEBBOOOO EEEEE AFRICA! NAW I' M JUST KIDDING WITH YOU.GOOD MAN! GOOD MAN!
Doing the same on a house in Sweden. Using Ardex f5. I'm wondering if I can apply a smooth coat over big areas then roll a second layer to match the texture or if I should just try to texture the paint.
Great video when I buy a house when im older ill definitely use this knowledge great stuff !!!
Is there no end to your talents Graeme, well made video looking forward to more tips and good luck with the new channel. Thanks.
Need to repair my cracked render and came across your video. Great tips
TA Outdoor adventure in 2020🌲
Do you know how to make a survival still for distilling bad water. Great vid cleanup that putty knife. Metal detectoring is good. You guys got any gold over there. As in placer gold. How about some archery.
Yeah. You don't, cus they don't work. If it's dry enough that you can't find clean water, then no still you can ever improvise can ever provide enough water to keep a human being alive. Unless this "survival" situation is taking place in a junkyard where you can find the materials to make a half decent still. Then all you gotta worry about is starving to death because you spend all day looking for wood to feed the still...oh, and being poisoned by the bad water, cus a still only removes poisons that have a boiling point greater than water does. You'll be drinking the rest of them.
Maybe some kind of survival tips on this new channel such as making a camp fire without any sort of matches or lighters etc or a marathon fishing session on a freezing cold beach :)
I second the marathon fishing session on a cold beach, anything to quench my sado massochistic desires.
Get the barnacles off the bottom of that boat Graeme!
Why didn't you sand it, after filling the gaps to get a much smoother result?
Are you blind
Can you do a vid showing how to make your own bank sticks
They did that on their fishing channel
How did silicone not work for you?? Silicone will probably never blend in as well (even when painted over) but 100% it’ll last longer than masonry filler
Cracks aren’t bleeding in properly. Looks rough in the sunlight 🧐
Like what has been asked already, pls get Into the sport of slingshot shooting and crafting, it's great fun, and I usually find just about as enjoyable as fishing.
enjoyed the tips and also love fishing im from australia we have cracka fishing down under great work
He keeps saying the paint will fill the small cracks. That is a lie pain is not a filler. You must dig out the cracks, mashed tape them and fill them with the proper filler. Preferably a
Now go catch some fish , 🐟
I like the new channel. Some thoughts and ideas I had. Why not do another video on you ghille kettle, this time without burning the lawn. :) As far as interviews here are a few ideas, Charlie Jacobi, David Wright, maybe a game keeper or common fellow who is out doing a spot of ratting. Maybe interview some kids about their experiences? Maybe interview Deep Digger Dan, being your waving the metal detector around. You could take a person who has never fished out and interview them about it. Just some ideas for you fellows. Keep up the good work. You inspire me to make more videos though my time is short as of late.
Thanks for this. I have the same reoccuring problem with my old rendered house in UK. Wire brush is a great idea! 😘
I heard from your unveiling video that you guys might do some shooting videos. I know that gun laws are strict in Britain, and would enjoy a video that talks about the laws over there.
On the matter of the mesh. They have different grits. What Grit should I use?
Thank you
you did not provide the name of the material that was used to fill up the cracks
Good job, I would have put some watered down PVA in the cracks first .
I had to fix a hole in my door so I used expanding foam cut and sand level-ish and then multi purpose filler over the top then sand, gloss over it and now you would never know a massive hole once went straight through it.
how about one of you guys packing to go film a fishing session, that should be good for a couple laffs
Very clear instructions but you can still see where the cracks were after painting.
Can the filler be like washed after? Or will it not bond?
Just a tip, add this channel to your TAfishing channel. It took me ages to find this haha. Looking forward to all the new vids coming out
Not what I expected from your first video, but hel it works. 🤗
Nice tips especially using the drill, thanks allot . You remind me of Bruce Forstyth
Great fix, like the idea with the wire brush on the drill. Amazing all the different things that a wire coat hanger can be made to do.
Excellent video many thanks .
Mike did your dad own your channel at the start?
Please make a video on how to pack your beach fishing gear (tripod, rods, weights, tackle and so on!)
Good luck with the new channel guys. Subscribed.
Well done Grahame another totally awesome show will keep watching, but don't forget the fishing, much more relaxing even when you not catching.
I love fishing great video 😊😊
How about making a safe camp fire?
Better to use santex membrane for cracks

I always look forward to your videos. I expect to like many new things.
Subbed....Good luck with TA Outdoors.
great idea for a new channel guys, and some good tips in this first video although there not actually applicable to me at the moment living in rented accommodation. what about a vid on the original "volcano kettle" the Kelly kettle. the same idea as the ghilli kettle but it was invented by fishermen in Ireland. also lighting tips, as in fire lighting, with flints and strikers, or using char cloth, maybe how to make char cloth, knife care, maybe a basic campers starters guide aimed at getting kids outdoors, as in basic kit you'll need, basic lay out of your camp, maybe map reading and how to use a compass.
Metal detecting would be nice
So this is where it all started.
All you need now is new t shirts
Great idea with the new channel guys !!!!
