    I think your version of wing chun is just what Bruce was going for. So.. it is JEET KUNE DO method to me. It’s still WING CHUN though of course at essence and make up.

    I don't understand how can just placing your hand in the specific way and facing it to the opponent makes you regain control. I'm doing grappling art & that's not how we regain control. If it really did practical, it will be great technique. Anyone can add the sifu explanation?

      He’s just saying it helps him balance so that he can ground himself better. It’s not so much as gaining control but to make yourself heavier by bracing. Obviously it won’t work with an experienced grappler but it’s supposed to momentarily give you a moment to breath to do something else.
