This was not long enough to cook my chicken breast. I added another 15 minutes and I’ll see how it goes.
This turned out so delicious! I used thin sliced chicken breast. If you are using a regular size thick chicken breast be sure to use a meat tenderizer. I also used a cooking thermometer to be sure my chicken reached 165.

Excellent. I suggest checking on the chicken to see if it is cooked; 15 minutes is IMO usually not enough time for the chicken

try flattening the Chicken breasts so they cook more evenly. OR butterfly them~!
Cooked chicken never seems to freeze well.
