Heat gun temperatures is different from one to one, so i recommend less than 200C with Air9 for 30 seconds each time you need .

Display is not good ? True it caused by water, water leaked inside but after boiling the screen will become better, and customers didn't care to replace new one.
About the microphone its on the bottom near charging port.
Microphone color is silver near home button to be exact .
