I know this was a really long time ago but why was Anna stohr allowed to try boulder 3 again? She touched outside the tape and they agree that that was her fault and the other climbers were able to do it without so why was she given another 2 mins? Don't get me wrong I enjoyed seeing her top it and I really enjoyed watching the competition, I'm just sort of confused!
Jasmine Doyle because they took so much time deciding whether to count it. She didnt get the full 4 minutes back, just the time she wouldve had had they told her immediately, so she still got about 4 minutes total, just with a gap in the middle.
@@katie3867 Not exactly. She started the invalid climb with 1:24 min left and the kick outside the boulder was at 57 seconds left. Giving her 2 mins added about 1 min to her total climbing time.
great comp and commentating, just a shame the camerawork is a bit off, would rather have a full view the whole time than the random zooming in on irreverent stuff. although as far as i know the cameras are all controlled by whoever is covering on TV so nothing they can do :(
How many times must the male announcer rub in the fact that Sol Sa was the only one that did not finish women's problem one?! So mindless and rude.... Develop some more tactful and respectful commentating skills.
I'm only an hour and a half into it but I agree in the fact that I don't think she was all-around a good pick for announcer. You are right she is beautiful but her being unable to deliver anything really useful to the conversation along with her not having the best of voices made her appearance as co-announcer not enjoyable.
They need to get Boscoe out of the commentators box. Guy has no qualifications and is heavily biased/talks down to and over the other commentators. What a clown

During the observation period it's so nice to see how the competitors chat about the boulders. Such a sympathetic approach to a sport.

I think it was because they reset the clock early after her failed attempt.
