As a Finn, have to thank You man! Your eurovision reactions have been my favourite ones this year and now this recap of your favourites makes me super happy. 🥰 I really love when people are finally recognizing Finland in this competition and everybody is loving our Cha Cha Cha. Hopefully we Cha Cha to win 💃🏻🕺🏽 Love you man 🫶🏽
And as a Norwegian let me tell you; You had at least two songs (Cha cha cha and KUUMAA) that would both be in my top 3 this year. Also loved your Blind Channel and the song that came second (I think) last year. Rasmus is a great band too, but his vocals were not good enough. Love Nordic rock, Norway and Finland the two best in the rock category outside ESC. But only Finland sends rock to Eurovision.
100% agree with Finland - it’s full of joy, fun, eccentricity, camp, which is what we love about Eurovision. Loreen performs an okay song very well but go Finland! I wouldn’t rule out Norway! It’s a Nordic battle this year.
@@studiorestard What? Of course not. I live in the Nordics. I said that the only nordic country I would like to win (if not Spain or Armenia) is Finland.
@@Jewelkitten38 Norway's song: It's ok. Typical Eurovision song and to me it feels a bit dated. It's a quality song and artist though... I like more artsy songs like Armenia, Serbia, Czechia and Spain. Or indie rock ;)
Omg!!! Love that Käärijä is your number one. It’s crazy, it’s party. Just what Europe needs right now. It’s too tricky for me to do ranking of all 37 songs but my top 3 is easy 1. Finland 2. Austria and 3. Serbia. 😊
My top 5 is Finland/Serbia/Latvia/Armenia/Israel, so we share some of them in our top! The thing is, thanks for giving love to Latvia. Aija is SO underrated. 😭♥️
Dude, you are such a lovely person ❤️ Thank you for this awesome ranking! I'm hoping too that Latvia will qualify 🙏 And Cha Cha Cha for the win 🥳🥳🥳 Hugs from Finland 🇫🇮🤗
People here in Finland on websites (and Jodel) are talking about you The Balkan Guy and your love for käärijä! Your joy about our entry makes us happy also❤
Totally agree with Finland! I was lucky and got a ticket to semi final 1live so I cant wait. Im British but will be taking the finish flag with me. Are you going?
I envy you. .Tried to get tickets but failed. However we are coming to Liverpool to cheer our sweetheart🥰 Käärijä is so cute and funny person. He really brings so much joy♥️
My Top 37 Warning Controversial 1. Finland (I mean obviously 😜) 2. Slovenia (the Live sold me and I'm a Fan 3. Norway (A bit more interesting and engaging than Tattoo) 4. Sweden (Shocking I know.. ) 5. Estonia (it's just magical to me) 6. Moldova (A BOP!!!) 7. Austria (A lyrical BOP ?! and honestly pretty funny) 8. Czechia (harmonys + message = Magic 9. Serbia (I just got that he sings in the pespective of a Video Game Charakter which is soo cool ) 10. Georgia (I'm honestly not that sure about that one because the lyrics are pretty bad but musically completly my taste) 11. Cyprus (I just hope he can do those vocals live) 12. France (A BOP!!) 13. Netherlands (I love this song and it hurts me that it didn't reach my top ten) 14. Armenia ( but this could actually grow on me and could kick Out Georgia of my top 10 ) 15. Portugal (Mimicat is Just a great performer but the song didn't sold me) 16. Greece (It's weird but I don't hate it I Just don't know how I am supposed to feel during the song) 17. Australia (It's quiet catchy ) 18. Malta (the saxophone is a bit overused but it's still great) 19. Italy (it just doesn't get me like estonia) 20. Switzerland (Same as Italy even tho I really like the message) 21. Latvia (I Love it but it's such a strong year :( 22. Germany (my Country) 23. Iceland (I love her power in stage but it doesn't make up for the lacking power of the song) 24. Croatia (I kinda love it ngl) 25. Spain ( I just don't get it sry :( but it's well performed) 26. Ukraine ( honestly the revamp didn't do that much) 27. Israel ( Not my cup of tea sry but I get the Appeal and it's starting to grow on me and could get really high in my Top) 28. Belgium ( it grew on me but it just sounds a bit cheap to me) 29. San Marino (It's creepy lyrically but musically not that bad) 30. UK (repetitive and not my cup of tea sry) 31. Lithuania (I think it's just boring sry) 32. Denmark (I like the studio version a lot but it was bad live) 33. Albania (It's a bit to dramatic for me) 34. Romania (It's just bad sry ) 35. Ireland (cringy Lyrics and wayyyy to safe) 36. Azerbaijan (sry but the first part of the Song is soo cringe for me) 37. Poland (...)
Hi! I am very pleased with your no 1 as a Finn 😍 This year is gonna be so hard to vote, there are so many varieties of good songs. I think, that this year's most appealing song for me is your 4th, Noa Kirel with "Unicorn" . Thank you for your ranking and good luck everyone ❤
We have the same top 2, only 2 songs have made me fall in love at first sight and listen and they have been Finland my number one and the second has been Armenia it is a great song, different, I love the instrumentation and how she interprets it, it has magic, hopefully the staging is at the level of the video clip, if it succeeds for me it is the dark horse. Any of these two that win would make me very happy.
Well we have at least one song in common in the top 5... Your number 1 is also my number 1, Finland. The rest of my top 5 is Georgia Czech Republic Serbia Spain. As far my two home countries: Sweden will probably win. Belgium: still don't like the song but...I think that Belgium will do a lot better than most of us think.
It is that energy and pure joy that I love about Cha Cha Cha - I don't need to analyse, I don't need to frown - I can just jump on board and enjoy the ride with a smile on my face. There is something so genuine about this guy, and it comes out in a lot of his songs. Whether it wins or not - the song has got me for sure.
For me my Top 5 is easy this year 5th Sweden 🇸🇪 4th Austria 🇦🇹 3rd Czechia 🇨🇿 2nd Finland 🇫🇮 But my winner by far this year is the incredible....... 1st France 🇫🇷 ❤❤❤❤❤ Wishing all the best from Ireland 🇮🇪
My top 10 1- 🇮🇱- I think people are underrating it. It ll be top 3 for everyone after the live performance. 2- 🇬🇪 - SOOOO POWERFUL. Voice and presence 😍. Who cares about lyrics ? She will slay 3- 🇫🇮 - Love the energy and everything about this song. I think he'll win at the end and he deserves it ! 4- 🇦🇲 - The only ballad I love from this year 😍 5 - 🇳🇴 - Viking queen will slay ! Definitely top 5 6 - 🇨🇿 - Love the song but I'm soooo afraid for the live performance, the staging and the vocals. Could be a shock NQ. 7 - 🇸🇮 - Loveeeeee this song. This will be the best Slovenian result ever. 8 - 🇬🇧 - Completely my taste. A goooood bop 9 - 🇦🇹 - Love this bop but afraid for the live performance. Could be top 5 if they do it good. 10 - 🇵🇱 - Yeah, and I stand by it. She does not deserve so much hate. Her song isn't bad at all. Goooo Blanka
The X factor in the UK's song is the spoken word part and the final bit which SHOULD translate really well on stage and the fact it's closing the show is gonna give EVERYONE a party. In terms of the winner, it's definitely Finland for me. Glad you appreciate Lithuania so much as well. Everyone seems to be hating on Monika these days but for me the lyrics and musicality especially at the end almost make me cry. If it gets to the final it COULD top the jury!
Loreen: already won once, basic ballad Alessandra: already heard millions of songs like this Käärijä: It’s crazy it’s party! 🤪🎉 super fun and original!
Sooo interesting how different our tastes are actually! So cool how every single person even has suck different rankings too, for example Portugal is 6th for me, i loooove it. I like that you were super honest with ur ranking too
I adore your top 3! I love your video! Thank you for Armenia 🇦🇲 but a little disappointed seeing Italy 🇮🇹 30th. Due Vite is a Masterpiece. But thank you for your honesty and good vibes. ❤️🙌🏼
I'm so happy to see the appreciation for Latvia here. Aija is such a good song, and I think it's going to do better than a lot of people are anticipating. On the other hand, I think Austria might be a shock NQ for a lot of people in the fandom. It's stupid and honestly quite annoying, and I think it'll be very difficult to stage, so I think it's just a borderline qualifier. My top 10: 1. Latvia 2. Australia 3. Finland 4. Serbia 5. Switzerland 6. Czechia 7. Estonia 8. United Kingdom 9. Italy 10. Moldova Honorable mentions to Malta, Germany, Norway, Azerbaijan and Slovenia. My bottom 5: 33. Lithuania 34. Poland 35. Portugal 36. Austria 37. Croatia
My unpopular Top 34 from Turkiye 🇹🇷 (also changes in my top from last week) 1- Latvia 🇱🇻 Aijā- Sudden Lights (masterpiece, i cant find words to define this song) = 2- Estonia 🇪🇪 Bridges- Alika (music that touches my soul, this is pure art) = 3- Spain 🇪🇸 Eaea- Blanca Paloma (that is what i expect from spain) = 4- Iceland 🇮🇸 Power- Diljá (iceland serving vocals) = 5- Slovenia 🇸🇮 Carpe Diem- Joker Out (when i hear this i start dancing automatically) = 6- Austria 🇦🇹 Who The Hell Is Edgar?- Teya & Salena (that song is so fun, I loved it!) +1 7- Czechia 🇨🇿 My Sister’s Crown- Vesna (something unusual, i really wonder their staging in Liverpool) -1 8- Portugal 🇵🇹 Ai Coração- Mimicat (it REALLY grew on me, this one was my 32nd, now its my 8th, and this has just happened in one week) +24 9- Netherlands 🇳🇱 Burning Daylight- Mia Nicolai & Dion Cooper (dutch people are master of ballads) +4 10- Ukraine 🇺🇦 Heart of Steel- TVORCHI (weeknd vibes) -1 11- Belgium 🇧🇪 Because of You- Gustaph (it grew on me, it gives 90s vibes) -1 12- Israel 🇮🇱 Unicorn- Noa Kirel (i always liked Israeli pop, and this one wasnt an exception) = 13- France 🇫🇷 Évidemment- La Zarra (it also grew on me, this is pure art, it is fallin down 2 places this week just because there are new growers for me) -2 14- Romania 🇷🇴 D.G.T.(Off and On)- Theodor Andrei (staging is so messy, but the song is actually good, although it grew off me a bit this week) -5 15- Australia 🇦🇺 Promise- Voyager (grew on me, 2 week ago it was at bottom 5 in my list, but there is no changes from this week to last week) = 16- Sweden 🇸🇪 Tattoo- Loreen (this is nice one too but i think its way too overrated by fandom) = 17- Armenia 🇦🇲 Future Lover- Brunette (she is gorgeous, but my expectations from this song was higher, still it is going up 5 places for me in this week, it may have a better ranking in my top in future) +5 18- Switzerland 🇨🇭 Watergun- Remo Forrer (good lyrics, good vocals, that is a good one too but i just dont know why it grew of me a bit this week) -4 19- Lithuania 🇱🇹 Stay- Monika Linkytė (not perfect but her vocals are impressive) -2 20- Greece 🇬🇷 What They Say- Victor Vernikos (i didnt like it when i first heard it, but this song and his talent at this young age made me like this later. i think it will go higher in my list, but 20th for now) +5 21- Serbia 🇷🇸 Samo Mi Se Spava- Luke Black (i actually didnt like it last week, i still prefer Konstrakta to him but i started liking it, still it cannot go higher than my 15th this year. but we can say that this is a grower for this week) +9 22- Norway 🇳🇴 Queen of Kings- Alessandra (Elsie Bay, Jone and Ulrikke were better options for me, I dont hate this but fandom has to accept lyrics is so basic and that is a ordinary feminist song) -2 23- Italy 🇮🇹 Due vite- Marco Mengoni (Italian ballad again, not good also not bad for me) -2 24- Georgia 🇬🇪 Echo- Iru ( actually we can copypaste my comment about Armenia to here, the only difference is my expectations werent that high as Brunette. so it is actually as i expected, it is my 23rd, and i dont think it will go higher than my 20th place, still Iru is gorgeous as Brunette) -1 25- Azerbaijan 🇦🇿 Tell Me More- TuralTuranX (good and a relax song actually, but not for Eurovision and not something to grab the phone and vote for it, probably it will stuck at the bloodbath, semi 1 :c) = 26- Moldova 🇲🇩 Soarele şi Luna- Pasha Parfeni (traditional, not bad too but i liked Sunstroke Project more) -2 27- Albania 🇦🇱 Duje- Albina & Familja Kelmendi (she singing about family with her family! that is great, i kinda like that too, but there are better ones for me, also the revamp made it worse i think) -8 28- Denmark 🇩🇰 Breaking My Heart- Reiley (typical teenage girl song, sounds like from South Korea, im sorry, i didnt like it) -1 29- Malta 🇲🇹 Dance (Our Own Party)- The Busker (i expected it to grow on me when i first heard this but it didnt) -3 30- Cyprus 🇨🇾 Break a Broken Heart- Andrew Lambrou (i dont like this neither, i dont know why but i just dont) -1 31- United Kingdom 🇬🇧 I Wrote A Song- Mae Muller (lyrics is so basic, a 10yo kid could write it too) = 32- Poland 🇵🇱 Blanka- Solo (she cant sing, how did she won?) -4 33- Finland 🇫🇮 Cha Cha Cha- Käärijä (i seriously dont get what people find in this and how they love this, i honestly find it unbearable) = 34- Germany 🇩🇪 Blood & Glitter- Lord of the Lost (i just dont like heavy metal, i couldnt handle this more than 30 seconds one week ago, but i just can handle now and i decided that Croatia, San Marino and Ireland is worse so this is not my last place by now. who knows, maybe it will be in my top 30 one day) +3 35- San Marino 🇸🇲 Like an Animal- Piqued Jacks (song is awful, who picked this?) -1 36-!Ireland 🇮🇪 We Are One- Wild Youth (his vocals are awful i think, i didnt like the song too, Connolly was way better, Ireland is stuck in semi again) -1 37- Croatia 🇭🇷 Mama ŠČ!- Let 3 (that is pure rubbish) -
My top 5 5. Spain or Croatia (Still haven't decided if I love or hate them but at least they bring something different to Liverpool.) 4. Germany (Rock! ) 3. Estonia (Love her voice.) 2. Malta (Such a nice song, makes me happy.) 1. Finland (Yeah I know I shouldn't put my own country first put finally after so many years we have a great song that really deserves to win.)
My top 36 esc 2023 songs (without ranking Samo mi se spava bc i'm from 🇷🇸) 1. Carpe Diem 2. What They Say 3. My Sister's Crown 4. Who the Hell Is Edgar? 5. Stay 6. Aijā 7. Due Vite 8. Blood & Glitter 9. Unicorn 10. Cha Cha Cha 11. Future Lover 12. Évidemment 13. I Wrote a Song 14. Tattoo 15. Queen of Kings 16. We Are One 17. Eaea 18. Ai Coração 19. Power 20. Watergun 21. Echo 33. Promise 34. Like an Animal 35. Because of You 36. D.G.T Semi 1: i'm fully supporting Luke, i hope for the best for him, after over a decade of making music and not reaching the popularity that the had hoped for he didn't give up and is here now, he really deserves for his music to finally be appreciated on a greater scale. Good luck to our beautiful sweetheart Luke 🥰 also besides Luke i'm rooting for Latvia, Israel, Czechia and our neighbour Croatia 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️ Finland and Norway will qualify 100% and i'm super happy about that lol many people don't like Ireland's song but i actually do and i wouldn't mind if they qualify. Semi 2: Lithuania and Greece please qualify 🙏🙏🕯️🕯️ i'm not afraid for Slovenia and Austria, Armenia will most likely qualify too. These are the countries i'm rooting for in semi 2. I would be happy if Iceland qualifies too bc Diljá seems like a really sweet person and her vocals and stage presence are amazing, she deserves it.
I really love your taste. Wow thank u very much for LT🇱🇹🥺🧡 It means a lot🧡 This song is something unreal and i’m so thankful that you like this masterpiece🫶🏻
Great authentic top 37 mate. Love your enthusiasm and that's what the Eurovision season is all about. I won't hold against you that you put Blanka Poland ahead of Australia ;)
Serbia, Slovenia and Latvia are my absolute favorites 🖤 Pheww, I value your opinion sooo much in the Eurovision community and it's certainly a relief you love them as well
I’m argentinian and if I could vote this year my votes are 🇨🇭 in sf1 🇬🇷 in sf2 and 🇫🇮 in the final, i think rest of the world could vote in both semis 😀
This is Pekka (Peter) from Finland. Thank you TheBalganGuy. My genre is House, R&B, D&B and Dance but....this Finland´s entry just blows my mind!!! It has so much to it!! So catchy and takes you with it to the dancefloor!!! As I can´t vote for KÄÄRIJÄ, I will vote for.............BELGIUM, I love that song so much. It doesn´t sound like a Eurovision song, this Belgium song is so ready to hit the danefloors all over the world!!
I looooved watching this vides, especially for the comments to each song. I haven't heard all the songs many times, just 2 or 3, but I'd say I largely agree with your top ten songs. Not with their respective positions, but... I think once we see the artis perform in the rehersals we all be quite more clear. I was surprised you left Norway out of your top 10. I guess many things can change as May 13th approaches. Good work!
Almost all of your favorites are also my favorites, and I feel the same about Slovenia because I'm also from ex-yu, it just feels like something very close

I'm watching this late, to minimise my PED. :-) You've got a lovely attitude, finding something good even about songs you don't like or aren't keen on. I like that. You're the sort of Eurovision fan I appreciate: you understand what Eurovision is about, coming together for the music, building friendships, finding new artists you can enjoy for ever & experiencing different musical cultures, always with a smile on your face & an open heart. My winner was Germany. I still don't know why it flopped so much, the band are excellent musicians, Chris is a great singer with a versatile voice, the message is important & their song sounds like nothing else in the competition. The band threw everything into the competition, enjoying sharing their love of music with other artists & fans of any type of music. They've taken the logo to heart, in fact I think it's been their personal logo for years. I just found out yesterday that, when lockdown was ending, they put out a clarion call to any bands, especially new ones, who'd struggled with the enforced isolation both mentally but also because it was a major derailment, especailly for new bands who needed the money they can make from touring. The singer offered to sing on anyone's songs if they wanted him, to both raise their profile, make a new friend & basically feel less alone. During Eurovision, the singer put out 2 videos of him watching all the entrants & giving his opinions & encouragement. He & Gared, the multi-instrumentalist with the mohawk, did an acoustic cover of about half the songs, sometimes with guitar added too, putting their own spin on it. I have a feeling they'll have already made arrangements to start a number of collabs we'll see over the coming year. I hadn't heard of Lord of the Lost before the release of the shortlist for the German national final. When the orgnaisers told us who was performing, I listed to all the songs, & LotL intrigued me. (In reality, they blew my mind! lol) I watched a few of their videos on YT & straight away bought all 8 of their studioe albums. I just can't get away with them. This is one of the reasons I've loved Eurovision since 1976: it introduces me to acts I'd normally not be able to discover otherwise. The rest of my top 5 is Australia, Croatia, Belgium & Finland. France had been my #3, but I was disappointed with La Zarra's performance in the final. I was shocked to see her voice wasn't as excellent as we usually hear. Every single time I'd seen her perform it before that night, she'd been flawless. The final was not up to her exceptional standard, maybe her nerves got to the better of her. I also didn't think the staging was as wow as everyone else. Overall, I was disappointed & she fell to just outside my top 10. Noa shot up from in my late 20s to top 10. Her performance was perfect. I was disappointed Lativia didn't quality, I though they'd slayed. I was disappointed with Sweden too. I knowm Loreen is an excellent performer, a great sunger, great dancer, with lots of charisma & a fantastic storyteller, but the song did nothing for me. I found it very boring, a lot less interesting than Euphoria. For me, it wasn't even the best dance song (that was Israel). I prefer my entrants to bring something fresh to the competition, not ust a song that I feel was Eurovision-by-numbers. Give me Germany, Australia, Croatia, Czechia, Slovenia, Latviam, Serbia, even Denmark's song, which I didn't like, as they all tried something different, other than Sweden & Israel who did what they always do, down to the same genre & even the same sort of artist. I want to see the unexpected. If someone asked me to say what makes a Swedish Eurovision song, I'd say a female pop act or ballad. For Italy, I'd say a male ballad or, more rarely, male pop. For the other countries I mentioned, you canniot predict becuase they send someone new almost every year, & that's a lot better imo. Look at Ukraine & what they've entered over the years. (It's a real smorgasbord of music, You never know what you're going to get with Ukraine, & some other countries, but you do with Sweden & Italy every single time which puts me off.) : 2003 (Ukraine's first year at Eurovision) male, pop 2004 female, pop 2005 male rap (became the anthem of the Orange Revolution) 2006 female pop with an ethnic feel 2007 Europop, Verka Serduchka! 2008 female pop 2009 female pop rock 2010 female post-grunge/alternative rock 2011 female pop rock with a soul sound in parts 2012 female, it's hard to categorise Gaitana's entry, a combination of pop, jazz, African rhythm, dubstep & R&B 2013 female pop 2014 female pop 2015 female pop 2016 female ethno-electro pop 2017 rock-metal 2018 pop rock 2019 electronic 2020 folktronica 2021folktronica 2022 folk hip-hop 2023 R&B/electronic
So difficult, isn't it? Fortunately! It would be so sad if we had just one or a few good songs to choose. I have Serbia, Spain, Austria, Finland, and Armenia in my top ten for sure. I don't agree...wait, wait, I don't FEEL the same about the others in your top ten. I guess I could explain my preferences in terms of performance, vocals, coreography or whatever, but the truth is the main reason is just myself and what I fancy now.
My top 3 1 ISRAEL THIS GOING TO BE KILLER ON STAGE🇮🇱 2.UNTED KINDM IT IS A BOP🇬🇧 3.SWEDEN LOREEN SINGING SO POWERFULL🇸🇪 the stageing must be wow for all the finllist and i hopes thay will. thank you so muth for this vido and ur smilling all the way so pozitiv guy .whish u the best !!!!!
I love Marco Mengoni and "Due Vite" is my favorite song in the competition. The lyrics and his vocals are pure magic. And I think that there is a lot of differences between 2013 and 2023. But I love "Cha cha cha" too.
As a Finn, have to thank You man! Your eurovision reactions have been my favourite ones this year and now this recap of your favourites makes me super happy. 🥰
I really love when people are finally recognizing Finland in this competition and everybody is loving our Cha Cha Cha. Hopefully we Cha Cha to win 💃🏻🕺🏽
Love you man 🫶🏽
And as a Norwegian let me tell you; You had at least two songs (Cha cha cha and KUUMAA) that would both be in my top 3 this year. Also loved your Blind Channel and the song that came second (I think) last year. Rasmus is a great band too, but his vocals were not good enough. Love Nordic rock, Norway and Finland the two best in the rock category outside ESC. But only Finland sends rock to Eurovision.
Thank you soo much 🤍🤍🤍
@@Ita.Paperwhite Norway is my favourite country and the song this year is very good too
Love from Finland
Thank you also from Finland ☺️🇫🇮
Big thanks from Armenia 🇦🇲🫶 I also think the staging will be great and I'm so proud of Brunette ❤️
❤
100% agree with Finland - it’s full of joy, fun, eccentricity, camp, which is what we love about Eurovision. Loreen performs an okay song very well but go Finland! I wouldn’t rule out Norway! It’s a Nordic battle this year.
I'm from Norway but hope for a battle between Spain and Armenia ;) Don't think that will happen though. Only Nordic act I want to win is Finland.
@@Ita.Paperwhite You don't like Norway's song? I want Norway to win!
Spain is not nordic. Just saying.
I think Norway is not going to be in top 5.
Serbia. 😊
wow taste 😍😍 I fully agree
My top 5 is Finland/Serbia/Latvia/Armenia/Israel, so we share some of them in our top! The thing is, thanks for giving love to Latvia. Aija is SO underrated. 😭♥️
wow we have a very similar taste 😍
Serbia and latvia??? Wtf!!! 0 points!!!! Serbia was wonderful last year
@@robervasco8211 Listen to Aijā for the next couple of weeks, and tell me that it isn't a masterpiece
Käärijä is like our little sunshine 🥺🌞 I love him so much 💚
My nr 1 are shared by France and Armenia.
France is just slay on repeat and Armenia very unique and artistique.
Dude, you are such a lovely person ❤️ Thank you for this awesome ranking! I'm hoping too that Latvia will qualify 🙏 And Cha Cha Cha for the win 🥳🥳🥳 Hugs from Finland 🇫🇮🤗

🤍🤍
Amazing top 10! Love Latvia and Finland the most
We have the same top 2, only 2 songs have made me fall in love at first sight and listen and they have been Finland my number one and the second has been Armenia it is a great song, different, I love the instrumentation and how she interprets it, it has magic, hopefully the staging is at the level of the video clip, if it succeeds for me it is the dark horse. Any of these two that win would make me very happy.
she coppy the uplifting fron Noa song "Gone" u can chek it .and the orcstra thing from "unicron " so for me it is a big No!!
wow TASTEEE 😍😍
Thanks from Finland ❤ This year we need Happy songs. And our Käärijä is what we need. Pure Joy ❤
My new top 5

The rest of my top 5 is

Czech Republic
Serbia
Spain.
As far my two home countries:
Sweden will probably win.
Belgium: still don't like the song but...I think that Belgium will do a lot better than most of us think.
I love your taste. Käärijä to the win 🥇
🤍🤍
Armenia my top 1 🇦🇲
Overrated
It is that energy and pure joy that I love about Cha Cha Cha - I don't need to analyse, I don't need to frown - I can just jump on board and enjoy the ride with a smile on my face. There is something so genuine about this guy, and it comes out in a lot of his songs. Whether it wins or not - the song has got me for sure.
Thanks for Armeniaa🇦🇲🇦🇲❤❤

My top 10
1- 🇮🇱- I think people are underrating it. It ll be top 3 for everyone after the live performance.
2- 🇬🇪 - SOOOO POWERFUL. Voice and presence 😍. Who cares about lyrics ? She will slay
3- 🇫🇮 - Love the energy and everything about this song. I think he'll win at the end and he deserves it !
4- 🇦🇲 - The only ballad I love from this year 😍
5 - 🇳🇴 - Viking queen will slay ! Definitely top 5
6 - 🇨🇿 - Love the song but I'm soooo afraid for the live performance, the staging and the vocals. Could be a shock NQ.
7 - 🇸🇮 - Loveeeeee this song. This will be the best Slovenian result ever.
8 - 🇬🇧 - Completely my taste. A goooood bop
9 - 🇦🇹 - Love this bop but afraid for the live performance. Could be top 5 if they do it good.
10 - 🇵🇱 - Yeah, and I stand by it. She does not deserve so much hate. Her song isn't bad at all. Goooo Blanka
thanks feom israel🇮🇱🦄💗
Love Israel too💖
Armenia 🇦🇲 has sent us a masterpiece this year. If Armenia doesn’t win I would be good with 🇮🇱 🇫🇷 🇬🇪
Sweden will win.
Armenia has no chance to win❤
The X factor in the UK's song is the spoken word part and the final bit which SHOULD translate really well on stage and the fact it's closing the show is gonna give EVERYONE a party. In terms of the winner, it's definitely Finland for me. Glad you appreciate Lithuania so much as well. Everyone seems to be hating on Monika these days but for me the lyrics and musicality especially at the end almost make me cry. If it gets to the final it COULD top the jury!
Finland💚 Spain❤️ Lithuania🧡
Loreen: already won once, basic ballad
Alessandra: already heard millions of songs like this
Käärijä: It’s crazy it’s party! 🤪🎉 super fun and original!
I want to see Finland win in May!
Thank you from Finland 🇫🇮🫶🏻🤘🏻
Sooo interesting how different our tastes are actually! So cool how every single person even has suck different rankings too, for example Portugal is 6th for me, i loooove it. I like that you were super honest with ur ranking too
I am happy, that you have Latvia on 6. It's so far behind in the betting, but I think it's one of the best songs this year. Greetings from Germany.
I fully agree with you my top 5 is the same like yours
I adore your top 3!
I love your video! Thank you for Armenia 🇦🇲 but a little disappointed seeing Italy 🇮🇹 30th. Due Vite is a Masterpiece.
But thank you for your honesty and good vibes. ❤️🙌🏼
💙
My top: Finland, Spain, Lithuania
Same top😍🎉
Armenia has big chances❤️🔥❤️🔥
Thx❤
I mean not
I'm so happy to see the appreciation for Latvia here.
My top 10:
1. Latvia
2. Australia
3. Finland
4. Serbia
5. Switzerland
6. Czechia
7. Estonia
8. United Kingdom
9. Italy
10. Moldova
Honorable mentions to Malta, Germany, Norway, Azerbaijan and Slovenia.
My bottom 5:
33. Lithuania
34. Poland
35. Portugal
36. Austria
37. Croatia
this is the best top 10 list i ve seen this year...I think Latvia has the best for 2023...Hello from Greece
austria stupid? it probably has the most well thought out lyrics this year my guy 💀
My unpopular Top 34 from Turkiye 🇹🇷 (also changes in my top from last week)
1- Latvia 🇱🇻 Aijā- Sudden Lights (masterpiece, i cant find words to define this song) =
2- Estonia 🇪🇪 Bridges- Alika (music that touches my soul, this is pure art) =
3- Spain 🇪🇸 Eaea- Blanca Paloma (that is what i expect from spain) =
4- Iceland 🇮🇸 Power- Diljá (iceland serving vocals) =
5- Slovenia 🇸🇮 Carpe Diem- Joker Out (when i hear this i start dancing automatically) =
6- Austria 🇦🇹 Who The Hell Is Edgar?- Teya & Salena (that song is so fun, I loved it!) +1
7- Czechia 🇨🇿 My Sister’s Crown- Vesna (something unusual, i really wonder their staging in Liverpool) -1
8- Portugal 🇵🇹 Ai Coração- Mimicat (it REALLY grew on me, this one was my 32nd, now its my 8th, and this has just happened in one week) +24
9- Netherlands 🇳🇱 Burning Daylight- Mia Nicolai & Dion Cooper (dutch people are master of ballads) +4
10- Ukraine 🇺🇦 Heart of Steel- TVORCHI (weeknd vibes) -1
11- Belgium 🇧🇪 Because of You- Gustaph (it grew on me, it gives 90s vibes) -1
12- Israel 🇮🇱 Unicorn- Noa Kirel (i always liked Israeli pop, and this one wasnt an exception) =
13- France 🇫🇷 Évidemment- La Zarra (it also grew on me, this is pure art, it is fallin down 2 places this week just because there are new growers for me) -2
14- Romania 🇷🇴 D.G.T.(Off and On)- Theodor Andrei (staging is so messy, but the song is actually good, although it grew off me a bit this week) -5
15- Australia 🇦🇺 Promise- Voyager (grew on me, 2 week ago it was at bottom 5 in my list, but there is no changes from this week to last week) =
16- Sweden 🇸🇪 Tattoo- Loreen (this is nice one too but i think its way too overrated by fandom) =
17- Armenia 🇦🇲 Future Lover- Brunette (she is gorgeous, but my expectations from this song was higher, still it is going up 5 places for me in this week, it may have a better ranking in my top in future) +5
18- Switzerland 🇨🇭 Watergun- Remo Forrer (good lyrics, good vocals, that is a good one too but i just dont know why it grew of me a bit this week) -4
19- Lithuania 🇱🇹 Stay- Monika Linkytė (not perfect but her vocals are impressive) -2
20- Greece 🇬🇷 What They Say- Victor Vernikos (i didnt like it when i first heard it, but this song and his talent at this young age made me like this later. i think it will go higher in my list, but 20th for now) +5
21- Serbia 🇷🇸 Samo Mi Se Spava- Luke Black (i actually didnt like it last week, i still prefer Konstrakta to him but i started liking it, still it cannot go higher than my 15th this year. but we can say that this is a grower for this week) +9
22- Norway 🇳🇴 Queen of Kings- Alessandra (Elsie Bay, Jone and Ulrikke were better options for me, I dont hate this but fandom has to accept lyrics is so basic and that is a ordinary feminist song) -2
23- Italy 🇮🇹 Due vite- Marco Mengoni (Italian ballad again, not good also not bad for me) -2
24- Georgia 🇬🇪 Echo- Iru ( actually we can copypaste my comment about Armenia to here, the only difference is my expectations werent that high as Brunette. so it is actually as i expected, it is my 23rd, and i dont think it will go higher than my 20th place, still Iru is gorgeous as Brunette) -1
25- Azerbaijan 🇦🇿 Tell Me More- TuralTuranX (good and a relax song actually, but not for Eurovision and not something to grab the phone and vote for it, probably it will stuck at the bloodbath, semi 1 :c) =
26- Moldova 🇲🇩 Soarele şi Luna- Pasha Parfeni (traditional, not bad too but i liked Sunstroke Project more) -2
27- Albania 🇦🇱 Duje- Albina & Familja Kelmendi (she singing about family with her family! that is great, i kinda like that too, but there are better ones for me, also the revamp made it worse i think) -8
28- Denmark 🇩🇰 Breaking My Heart- Reiley (typical teenage girl song, sounds like from South Korea, im sorry, i didnt like it) -1
29- Malta 🇲🇹 Dance (Our Own Party)- The Busker (i expected it to grow on me when i first heard this but it didnt) -3
30- Cyprus 🇨🇾 Break a Broken Heart- Andrew Lambrou (i dont like this neither, i dont know why but i just dont) -1
31- United Kingdom 🇬🇧 I Wrote A Song- Mae Muller (lyrics is so basic, a 10yo kid could write it too) =
32- Poland 🇵🇱 Blanka- Solo (she cant sing, how did she won?) -4
33- Finland 🇫🇮 Cha Cha Cha- Käärijä (i seriously dont get what people find in this and how they love this, i honestly find it unbearable) =
34- Germany 🇩🇪 Blood & Glitter- Lord of the Lost (i just dont like heavy metal, i couldnt handle this more than 30 seconds one week ago, but i just can handle now and i decided that Croatia, San Marino and Ireland is worse so this is not my last place by now. who knows, maybe it will be in my top 30 one day) +3
35- San Marino 🇸🇲 Like an Animal- Piqued Jacks (song is awful, who picked this?) -1
36-!Ireland 🇮🇪 We Are One- Wild Youth (his vocals are awful i think, i didnt like the song too, Connolly was way better, Ireland is stuck in semi again) -1
37- Croatia 🇭🇷 Mama ŠČ!- Let 3 (that is pure rubbish) -
My top 5
5. Spain or Croatia (Still haven't decided if I love or hate them but at least they bring something different to Liverpool.)
4. Germany (Rock! )
3. Estonia (Love her voice.)
2. Malta (Such a nice song, makes me happy.)
1. Finland (Yeah I know I shouldn't put my own country first put finally after so many years we have a great song that really deserves to win.)

Semi 1: i'm fully supporting Luke, i hope for the best for him, after over a decade of making music and not reaching the popularity that the had hoped for he didn't give up and is here now, he really deserves for his music to finally be appreciated on a greater scale.
Tasteeee 😍😍😍
I'm cheering for Spain, Latvia, Finland, and Austria.

Amazing top 10 bro! Especially top 2! Armenia best and most powerful ballad, lyrics and rap part killed me❤️🔥

Wow!Armenia❤💙🧡
I looooved watching this vides, especially for the comments to each song. I haven't heard all the songs many times, just 2 or 3, but I'd say I largely agree with your top ten songs. Not with their respective positions, but... I think once we see the artis perform in the rehersals we all be quite more clear. I was surprised you left Norway out of your top 10. I guess many things can change as May 13th approaches. Good work!
I mean 11th place is still amazing 😂 but yeah, staging can change everything
I love cha cha cha! ❤ ❤
Thank you❤️ I love your reaction videos ❤️ keep up the good work!
thank youuu 🤍🤍
I agree with you! Thanks for your joy and enthusiasm

@@Ita.Paperwhite Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️
🇦🇲 Armeniaaaaaa❤❤❤
Thank you
I'm watching this late, to minimise my PED.
(It's a real smorgasbord of music, You never know what you're going to get with Ukraine, & some other countries, but you do with Sweden & Italy every single time which puts me off.) :
2003 (Ukraine's first year at Eurovision) male, pop
2004 female, pop
2005 male rap (became the anthem of the Orange Revolution)
2006 female pop with an ethnic feel
2007 Europop, Verka Serduchka!
2008 female pop
2009 female pop rock
2010 female post-grunge/alternative rock
2011 female pop rock with a soul sound in parts
2012 female, it's hard to categorise Gaitana's entry, a combination of pop, jazz, African rhythm, dubstep & R&B
2013 female pop
2014 female pop
2015 female pop
2016 female ethno-electro pop
2017 rock-metal
2018 pop rock
2019 electronic
2020 folktronica
2021folktronica
2022 folk hip-hop
2023 R&B/electronic

So difficult, isn't it? Fortunately! It would be so sad if we had just one or a few good songs to choose. I have Serbia, Spain, Austria, Finland, and Armenia in my top ten for sure. I don't agree...wait, wait, I don't FEEL the same about the others in your top ten. I guess I could explain my preferences in terms of performance, vocals, coreography or whatever, but the truth is the main reason is just myself and what I fancy now.

I love Marco Mengoni and "Due Vite" is my favorite song in the competition. The lyrics and his vocals are pure magic. And I think that there is a lot of differences between 2013 and 2023. But I love "Cha cha cha" too.
Thank you from Armenia 🇦🇲
Glad to see 🇸🇮 in your top 10. As you said it screams Ex - yu. This song or Serbian one could be Balkan's favourite easily.
