Starting Doran's ring, aery, manaflow, absolute focus, and scorch with second wind makes it so easy to out poke/bully the darius. Just go E>Q>E>W>E with tear on first back and stack when you can, poke when you can't.

TOPLANE.. is most hardest lane ever.
A single minion can decide if you lose or not.
that goes deeper then you think.
a single minon decides
- if you get a lvl up or not.
- if you have enaugh gold to buy next item
- if you can heal enaugh or not
- if minion dmg helps you to kill or escape
- if you will be able to push/crash the wave or not

Just dont get a low health bar too early and u will be normaly able to 1v2ing if top and jungler are melee, that is how darius works
