Sadly with the same ap you have in this game or say 900 Renekton's ult deals more damage 4050 vs the capped 240 a second 3600. Varus with the same ap and a q charged for for max effect popping the blight stacks will hit the target for 83.25% and is only capped by the amount of ap you can get.
AP Susan with frozen heart used to be OP. Glacial was also pretty good. When I climbed with AP susaN support, Frozen heart or gauntlet were my first items building into burn and tank items. It was gross. One game was 12/3/25 supporting an Ashe with all the slows and burns. Felt bad.
