I think you can sell contraband in the Wolf system at The Den, east of Sol & northeast of Alpha Centauri. There's a trade authority there & they don't scan you when you enter the system
This is the way...
Also to note: stolen and contraband can only be sold to fences... Don't even show up to sell in other vendors. Usually Trade Authority is best bet

Something I noticed was your ship only has ballistic and missle weapons installed. You will want a laser (or preferably a particle beam) weapon to take down enemy shields.

Nice work Bob, never fail to have me yelling at the screen.. just a helpful tip, with the cutter you can focus the beam to mine faster or harder mats, just hold right mouse button.

The question marks when scanning below resources are traits, you must land and locate all of the "Unknown" (specifically natural)
POIs, go there and scan for strange things. That'll help to uncover the unknowns. This can take some time.
These are what you need to locate for the missions you can receive asking you to go to a star system looking for a planet with a specific type of trait.

You gotta use one of your clean ships and find a buyer first. I learned as a teenager... don't keep illegal stuff in your car.

Problem is it automatically transfers everything to whatever ship you are flying. And I didn’t have shielded cargo.
Mast is part of the uC and you have a bounty with them. That’s why they were aggressive

I haven't gotten to the next video yet, but remember you are playing a game with Skyrim logic... Contraband and stolen items won't show up in a sell menu for a normal vendor... You have to find someone who specifically deals in contraband and stolen items. I'm not going to get a chance to play this game for a long time... No Xbox or decent computer to play it on so I hope you don't mind a little backseat driving, lol

I completely sympathies with you.. Just carrying around some "illegal" organs. I mean how illegal are they really.. Anyways I was carrying around some stuff also, and just warped out before the scan was finished and OH MY.. It seems they didn't like that. I ended up having to go back to a previous point cause I was just tired of the issue. (didn't have a bounty clearing machine in my outpost cause I needed certain parts, and every time I landed in a system they hated my guts and wouldn't let me pay off the bounty instead just insta shot at me even when I was in UC instead of FC space. What annoyed me is I had a) finally gotten a shielded cargo hold to avoid that problem in the future. b) built a settlement that had both iron and aluminum on it, but couldn't "store" that stuff cause I was missing something. Oh well, I can always rebuild another settlement again, and I did eventually get some shielded storage.
Oh enough about me. You can only sell contraband (and stolen items) to the trade authority. They are in the major cities. The items won't even show up for sale with other venders. I would also recommend getting a shielded cargo hold. That way you have better odds of avoiding detection so they don't get so upset. I usually do a quick save before I warp, that way I can go back just incase the scan detected what it shouldn't have.
Oh and when a vender runs out of money (they do way too fast, even the trade authority only has like 11k way too low) just sit and wait 48 hours. You can do that by sleeping/sitting in a char and "waiting" 2 full cycles of 24 hours. Really an annoying mechanism IMO. Also doing that allows them to restock their inventory too, so you can pick up more digi-picks. Not like I open locks or anything, just saying something that I seem to look out for.
Oh and yea cause you have a bounty they are hostile. You need to pay it off. Sometimes just putting your weapon away will work to get them to give you the pay the bounty option, not always thou if it is "too much" they just don't like you. Since you eliminated an outpost, odds are it is a large bounty by now. Honestly if you don't want to go back to a previous save. Just lump they are going to steal your stolen organs, and just pay off the bounty.) .You will need to go to a system that doesn't have a bounty(since it was a mast outpost it is probably UC that has the bounty)(also looking at the galactic map you can see if there is a bounty on you for that system assuming you been there before), and odds are the other faction will still follow you but you should be able to get a dialog option even in space to just go peacefully.
Future prep like I said earlier, so that you don't have to "give up" your stuff next time.

@@SurvivalBobGaming If you get arrested by the UC they will have you go undercover with The Crimson fleet. You can turn over the info to the UC or stay with the pirates. Arrrrrrr.

Go to The Den and sell your contraband.
Before you go adventuring, sleep in a bed for 24hrs for a well rested +10% xp boost
It only takes one hour to get the buff from what I’ve noticed.
I *believe* it persists longer if you sleep longer, but I could be wrong.
