QuickTip - Repurposing LED String Lighting

This is a Quick-Tip video on how I repurposed LED string lights my wife had thrown away to light up the interior of my On30 Train Depot.
As described in the video, string lights have a painted insulation in the wires. With the wires cut, the very ends had to touch a battery to draw power. What I then did was take a rotary tool, like a Dremel, with a grinding stone on the end and removed the painted insulation and tinned the wires so I can then connect to a battery pack with switch.
