"Bounty" chocolates - recipe - What to cook?

I am sure, that everyone who likes coconut has tried Bounty deserts at some point. Now you can do Bounty chocolates.
The chocolates are easy to make, taste great and if you don't have plastic or silicone moulds for chocolates, you can do them even in your ice cubes moulds.
And you need just 3 ingredients - chocolate, desiccated coconut and condensed milk.
