This is one of the reason I am unable to buy interceptor, as my wife is not at all comfortable sitting on this. This one is super helpful. One thing, do they ship all over India?
That's unfortunate as it's a great bike.. my wife didn't like it either and being taller, I found the pegs too high and too far back. Its an easy fix to move the pillion pegs 6" fwd and 2.5" dwn sharing the same mounting plate. Also allows you to move the main pegs 3" down and 2" fwd. Visually it looks fine and now we're both happy. If I knew how, I'd upload a pic.
Hi Vijay, I am getting an interceptor in some days. Wanted to know where did you get the silencer’s guards? I mean the ones that protect the pillion foot to rub against the exhaust.
@@VijayHansora no I am talking about the additional footrest which you have installed in the silencer bracket. the one which is in chrome after the rear footpegs.

@@avirupbanerjee3874 actually that helps me as if I take my kid and wife the kid puts his legs on the extended footpeg and my wife keeps her legs on the silencer footpeg. If I keep a claw bag it won't touch the silencer
@@VijayHansoraI dropped both sets using the same plate bolted to factory anchor points.. Front pegs are 3" dwn and 2" fwd. Rear pegs 1.5" dwn and 5" fwd.. big improvement! Used a shorter shifter linkage. I can stand on the pegs when riding gravel roads. Still need bar risers, better suspension, exhaust, maybe some K 60s and a few other goodies. 👍👍
This is perfect mod if you have a pillion as i personally used it where my legs were going all the way back but with this i had better posture. The Vendor is working on Front rider extender but the design is taking time as there are many challenges as per my last discussion with vendor.
@@sscbkr48 the main purpose for moving the pegs is so that the pillion legs are a bit straight and don't go back which happened to me as a pillion. So this position move helped to relax my legs properly compared to stock which bends my knees more. This is not about just standing or saddling.
@@VijayHansora I used autosol metal polish, but still marks exists. Brito o polish is not having good feed back. So i will try vista, is the usage process is same as autosol? wt is ur personal choice for 650?
@@babuo7682 I have personally used vista but if you have too many sitting and doing it with hand will take long time. Just go to a detailer and he can do it with machine way much better and then you maintain using vista with hand.
If pillion sits on one side it will still help as ideally the position on far behind now it is in front. So that would help the pillion right leg to stay more straight.

Very nice produced go for it. I am using it from last 4 months. After fitting this you can use saddle bag also , pillion can seat more comfortable.
One problem could happen as both rider pillion load will on front Side two bolts ...chances that it will transfer all the load in one location..

Can I shift the rear footrest too with the rear footpegs ? Coz if I put these on then those rear footrest will be waste for me.
You have to use the same rear footpeg. If you see the video that is what I have done. You don't need to buy footpeg set.

Good one but if the plates angle would be lowered then more comfortable leg will get more lowered and little forward
If lowered and forward then it may touch rider leg.

Yes it does take the load of the pillion when you stand on this.
I'm 200 lbs and can stand on my modified front pegs, but why would a pillion want to stand, apart from mounting/ dismounting I mean.

Use a Vista Metal polish it will be for 300 approx or of you don't get that that buy Brite-O polish
