A viewer below mentioned leather dye and I would agree, but another solution may be to use black paint (matte) diluted with a bit of water. You can purchase a small craft bottle for very little $. I always go for the low-budget solution. Many don't know this, but you can also use acrylic paint (which is what most craft paint is) to color a bag. Just finish with wax, or hairspray (which has lacquer in it) or Mop and Glow, which gives it some shine. Rit dye may also work for the lining, because it is for fabric. Happy restoring...
I am late for dinner because I found your channel and could not stop watching :) I hope that you make more videos. Your work is really amazing. Cheers!
Oh my goodness...I just found your channel this evening and I am LOVING it! It truly is so relaxing and I was thrilled to see you do a Fossil purse - my favorite to collect. Happy to know you can actually submerge the entire purse in the water / soap mixture. I am so excited to try this on my latest find. A Fossil Maddox in a lighter green color that has a strange yellowish staining on the back of the leather. Seems like the green Fossil's also tend to fade if not taken well care of. I seriously can not believe people pay hundreds of dollars (or with luxury brands thousands of dollars) on these purses only to ruin them!! 😡 Keep up the great work, can't wait to watch more! 😁
Excellent restoration!!!!! 🤗 Fiber reactive dyes may work very well for touching up faded liners, especially when the lining is the same color as the bag in case there is an "oops". Black is probably a safer color to work with regarding possible boo-boo's than other colors may be. Angelus leather dye may also work as well on fabrics as it does leathers, but it may not take as well on synthetics. I have never tried it on synthetic fabrics, so I'm not sure how color fast the results would be. This one was a lot of work, but the results are lovely!!!
I bought a LV bag gtdupe years ago. I took it to the LV store in my town last week to have it repaired. The store clerk inspected my bag and immediately told me that the bag was of good quality. She pulled a current bag out of inventory and compared the tags and I found zero differences
Fuck! I just saw multiple vintage Fossil bags at Goodwill Outlet, but I didn’t get them because I don’t collect Fossil bags! I wish I had picked one up now!
wow.. How beautiful. I have a Rebecca Minkoff that this guy put his cake by my bag and got frosting all over (grrr) was so upset. its suede. what would be the best way to clean it? its been a awhile, hoping it still fixable?? I love watching your videos.
I believe the red that came out in the rinse was from the lining fabric. Black fabric will bled different colors depending on the dying process. There are products to help set the dye.
Someone wrote Rit. First you need to know what type fabric you’re working with in order to know which Rit to purchase. 2. Dying is not quick. I dyed a pair of faded black 100% cotton Dickies. I followed the directions to the letter; the dye came off the first wash. So I don’t know how long you’ll need to wait before you can use the bag. Now I know to soak in dye bath overnight for the dye to stay in the fabric.
@ *lvguci* You are so well-informed about luxury accessories and bags. You've obviously done your due diligence and the comparison to the US is very informative...because of course, I live in New York. thank you very much.

You need to use Angelus paint, it’s formulated for use on leather.
Is the Saphir leather POLISH or DYE? All info I read informs not to use polish as it will transfer to other objects. Has that happened to you??

This is great info and super helpful, thank you! I’ll keep it in mind for next time. 😊🌼
I'd use a small bowl of rite black dye and a paintbrush for the liner

I noticed you blocked the towels in much more casually than how you do the structured bags. Nice touch.
This is why I can't ever buy used bags with dirty interiors. Even the smallest stain is disgusting to me. You're far braver than I ever would be.
I feel the same. Second hand bags and shoes are a definite no no for me. x
Is that shoe polish? Will it not stain shirts?
Black shoe dye has cotton tip applicator fast and works great!
That's a great idea!
I love the coat you're wearing! It matches my DUPBAGY bag perfectly!
Bravo! What a lovely bag 😊
I love watching your videos - its very relaxing. Does the Saphir polish wear off at all once the bag is buffed?

Gunakan cat acrylic yg diencerkan dg sedikit air utk liner refresh. Sebagai kuasnya gunakan sponge lembut

Beautiful
you could buy fabric dye powder to dye the bag liner. I think the brand is called TINT.
amazing ! are you using some type of fabric marker on the liner ?
Does the wash call for cold water or warm water??

Dip just the liner in black RIT fabric dye. I would carefully paint it around the edges.
Looks like brand new bag.
I love your videos. U might use fabric paint and the pen only for details
ممكن كتابه اسم الادوات المستخدمه
For your final rinse put the whole bag in a pot of RIT fabric dye to color the lining. It will not hurt the leather, you already had it in the water.
Or I'm wondering if you have the Rit dye and put it on the fabric with a cloth.
I understand you collect bags. But after awhile, are you planning to sell those rehabbed leather bag
Use RIT dye on your liner ♥
Perfect 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Black shoe polish may work 🤔
Great job!! 🥰
Maybe black rite fabric dye and a paint brush? Let it sit outside and dry.
Fiebings leather dye and conditioner without color pigment. For outside of handbag.
Right…..acrylic paint watered down or fabric dye.
I knew a lady that carried all kinds of food and drinks in her purse so you just never know.
❤❤❤
You can use acrylic paint for handbag lining and a larger flat brush 😁
Great video! I would pour the dirty water in the toilet…..
I would think that the shoe polish would come off on anything you wear 🤔 🤔
People like the sound of this?
I had to watch it on mute
Dawn on leather. Are you crazy?
🙏👏👏👏👏👏👏🙋🏻♀️🇧🇷
Great. Channnel and i. Understand. Without. You talking. Too much. I willl tske. Note. I. Have. Three. Bags. To. Do. Thanks. For. Sharing. With mexx
Se sigue viendo feo. Lo siento. 😬

I was watching to see what came out of the bag, somewhat disappointed
Seriously? You’re disappointing
@ *LVGUCI* Every time I see this bag I can't help but stop here.
