- This weekend I decided to go for a stealth Van camp in Cornwall. I had 3 locations in mind and on my second day I was given some interesting information about Vanlife I didn’t know

Not sure if you've done it already but i'd be interested in seeing a rough cost breakdown if a typical trip like this one.

So, this 3 day trip was roughly as follows. I filled up the van ( so this would vary on if you want a full tank ) this cost me £135. The next 3 nights were stealth camping so didn’t have to pay for parking so that was a bonus. I bought items for the van food wise which came to about £20/30. Playing money was about £20 which included the £3 shower at the leisure centre. Eating out was £15 for breakfast then a £12 brekkie. It cost me £5 to get into the rugby, this was included in my playing money
So if you didn’t include the fuel, 3 days away cost me about £70/80
@@nemoscamperadventures7563 all things considered just over £200 is a reasonable weekend away. You can definitely go cheaper if you wanted too. I think the only thing stopping me from doing this is the cost of the van itself

What blinds are you using in the cab for your stealth camping and Do you suffer with condensation with them!
I have black out curtains all around the inside. I’ll do a short later showing them and upload it for you. Yeah I get condensation but I have a window vac that gets rid of it lol
How much was the second breakfast, that looked immense!

It was the fact that Penzance Leisure Centre welcome people there for showers as most places don’t allow it

15£ for a basic breakfast they musta seen ya coming a long way off .
Happy to Pay though as I was hungry but then the breakfast for £12 which was over twice the size was much more worth it
