Don't you love it when thoughts dovetail together? The first online service I heard today spoke about wisdom, asking God for it like Solomon did. My own church service was based on harvest (we are asked to take food in that is donated to the foodbank in our area) Fr Mike your homily today was about reading the bible and getting the whole story. SIRACH ' whoever cultivates the soil will heap up the harvest' this encapsulates all three, literally farming the land well pays dividends, cultivating the 'soil' of the bible hopefully makes us wise.🚜🦉

What you're doing is not intentional ... its just your mind going faster than the person who is speaking. Interesting, right ? You can look online for ways to stop interrupting and practice them. 🙏😊

According to tradition, St. Gertrude the Great was told by Our Lord that each time she piously recited the following prayer, it would release 1,000 souls (or a vast number) from their suffering in purgatory: Eternal Father, I offer You the most precious blood of thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the Holy Souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal Church, for those in my own home, and in my family. Amen. In her account of another vision, St. Faustina describes Purgatory as a "great crowd of suffering souls" undergoing purification. Further, she says that the souls are "praying fervently, but to no avail, for themselves; only we can come to their aid" (Diary, 20) Father I need your grace again because I am not the witness I want to be.

It is so true that wine and women are terrible combination for some people. Need to be aware of our weaknesses. There’s so much today about I’m not believing everything I hear. It’s always important to ask questions before assuming something about a person. We’re still guilty of making our own judgment calls without knowing all that we need to know.

I know it is necessary to fit everything in a year for simplicity, but I would have loved to had Sirach split up in smaller chunks. It goes a bit too fast with too much for me to catch everything.
I would suggest (even though you didn't ask 😁) that you might make a note for yourself to back into that section of your physical Bible and take all the time you need to really absorb it. I've had that feeling several times during the readings and I think different sections pull strongly on some people more than others.
It’s in Maccabees that prayer’s are offered up for dead Jewish soldiers ie Purgatory. The book of Maccabees IS AN INSPIRED book. Old Testament 46 book’s NOT 39. God bless.

According to federal law, only a medical doctor specialised in psychiatry can diagnose mental illness in the settings of proper medical appointments. Since gaslighting is a very common behavior in abusive relationship and narcissistic relationship. Therefore proper federal law has to follow before one can be legitimately diagnosed mental health problems. Therefore the only person can comment on my mental health is my psychiatrist from Edelman in Santa Monica Los Angeles based on two years of medical appointments. Someone who could solve the cyber terrorist attack without the help of computer equipment demonstrate very sound cognitive in the mind, ie scientist less likely have mental health problems. But the adversary deep state of scientists these days likes to accuse them mental to cancel such talents.
