  • All PoBs on my Pobb.in profile:
    pobb.in/u/Xant...
    1st PoB is the Leaguestart High DPS/Fast version.
    2nd PoB is the Midgame/Endgame version with higher investment.
    3rd PoB is the Leaguestart tanky version.
    Apologies for the video spam, I've just been trying to make this build as good as it can be so anyone starting with it can have the best experience possible.

    Im following the Tanky version's POB. Even while accounting for getting baited by Pride and Determ both being active in your POB, I still somehow manage to only reach half as much DPS with either Sunder or AW . I even have a larger Skill Hit Damage than you do but nothing I do will get my Full DPS to reflect the DPS in your POB. Calc page and Counts in the skill page are exactly the same, copy-pasted custom mods... Whats wrong here?

      Pride and determ both being active was an error, so I apologize for that. Determ is for mapping with Pride being for bossing. The damage difference is likely from not setting your Stormblast Mines count in the lefthand skills pane. The mines actually contribute a hefty bit of DPS against bosses, especially if they are 20 quality.

      @@xanthopoe looks like that was my problem. dismissed stormblast mines being the culprit because changing the count in the skills tab was only adding its base damage. thanks!

      Same problem here, can't reach even 1mil on clear setup

    Also, Sunder with Multistrike: you don't want to attack too fast, or the Sunder won't reach its full lenght? Is there a maximum attack speed to reach?

    • @xanthopoe
      @xanthopoe  6 месяцев назад +3

      With Pulverise's 15% less attack speed, and Melee Physical Damage (from Bringer of Rain)'s 10% less attack speed they seem to reach their full length even with Multistrike and reach like 1 and a half screen's worth. I'm not actually sure of the breakpoint to where they will cancel before reaching their full distance, but with this setup at least it doesn't seem like they are.

    Hey Xantho. Think you could write some notes for this build on the pob like you did with Blade Trap? Those notes helped massively, you can't imagine. Thanks for these videos, really appreciate 'em

    Strongly considering this build for league start. What type of atlas tree would you run?

    Hey man, pretty cool build. I'll have to explore what you made here but is looking pretty fun

    Hey, I'm seriously thinking about playing your build for my league starter. I know, normally, it's tough to lean on uniques for league starters but it seems doable with what uniques you're chasing. My main question is, what filter do you use for items? Are you just using neversink or have you made one specific for the build or anything? Thanks!

    • @morsdraconis
      @morsdraconis 6 месяцев назад

      Also, for the league starter, you have us switching to facebreaker as soon as it's available lvl wise, but it's highly doubtful you're gonna have the currency to grab a facebreaker that early in the league. Should we just continue with Spectral Helix until we can get the currency to grab a facebreaker or is it okay to switch to AW totems even without the facebreaker?

      @xanthopoe  6 месяцев назад +1

      @@morsdraconis The PoB should say level 28-ish for Facebreaker, which I don't think is too optimistic because you can easily make a half dozen alchs by selling 4L gear in Act 4.
      I actually wouldn't recommend switching to Facebreaker unless you have either Meginord's Girdle, or normal lab completed. I you can't get the currency before 28, then it's fine to continue on as Spectral Helix, just pick up the Imaple wheel near duelist start instead of Ancestral Bond and the Totem Wheel near it.
      As far as filters go, you can set up one that highlights magic and rare 2H weapons so you don't have to vendor craft as often, and you might find something really solid to use.
      I'll probably make a short video on this topic, as I've actually had several people ask the same question on reddit.

    Could you plz tell me which gear should I take first in the mid game or end game version?

    • @xanthopoe
      @xanthopoe  6 месяцев назад +1

      I would probably get a well-rolled Ryslatha's Coil (use attack catalysts on it) first, and then a +2 Impale Watcher's Eye, and then a pair of Violent Retaliation Forbidden jewels and then put in Volatility support in your main single-target damage links. Doing just those things will massively increase your DPS.

    Tukohama's Fortress to the Moon 🚀

    • @xanthopoe
      @xanthopoe  6 месяцев назад

      Yeah I'm a little worried about the price now considering it's a Tier 1 unique. The only thing that kept it cheap was that no one used it lol. My videos don't get a ton of views, but once again Tukohama's is a T1, which makes it rarer than Void Battery.
      In any case you can easily just take Blood Magic on the tree early and roll with 2 main totems and 2 Ancestral Protector totems until either you can afford a Tukohama's, or even better just get a +1 totem Shaper shield with better stats. A Shaper shield should be what you upgrade to eventually anyway.

    Playing with a Bringer of Rain: I'd like to know is it viable in HC? 🤔
