dear sir, thanks for the video, very informative. Also wanted to add - copper supplements, in capsule form, are available on amazon by reputed supplement company in doses of 900mcg. Have been taking it regularly, can see beneficial effects on alertness, digestion and energy. also father's fasting sugar values are down by over 20 points.
Nice to see someone understands the importance of copper and the signs of deficiency. What I am looking for is how copper, iron, magnesium and retinol are the most important minerals overlooked in medical circles today and may of the common but over looked signs of iron overload, copper, magnesium, and retinol deficiency. Good lecture Doc.
@@vikkiprevette2934 Yes! Iron overload is caused by copper deficiency. The good news is increase copper intake and remove/reduce the stored iron in the tissues and watch the dis-ease turn around.
I have been taking 50mg of Zinc daily for around 1 year and my thigh was tingling, muscles twitching, HDL is low, triglycerides are high, tingling down my spine, trouble walking with my knees. I’ve diagnosed this myself and I am not a Dr I am going to call the dr’s tomorrow. I’ve ordered some copper tablets and I’m taking 2 per day and I have ceased zinc. How long does it take to reverse? My parathesis on my thigh has already started to feel a lot better and my muscles are no longer twitching. EDIT just adding I actually had an MRI 6 months ago and it was unremarkable. Nobody ever thought to check my zinc, I was doing this to myself completely by accident (every supplement I took on a morning had zinc in)
@@kohtime this is how I got here. I did some meditative work, I know it sounds crazy but simply asking my body what is wrong as I now developed small fiber neuropathy and it showed me copper. After I got covid I was advised to get the booster shot and so I did - and all hell broke loose with my body and then on top of that we've been told to take zinc supplements which I've been taking!!! My whole body is tingling, numb and all sorts of issues and I'm devastated but I for some reason was given the vision of looking into copper and so here I am hoping that this help.
@@69meplease100 the tingling down my spine has gone but I still get weird twitches but I go to the gym a lot, I’ve told the doctors and they never seem like anything wrong is going on 🤷🏽♂️

Are you saying this deficiency causes iron over load and can be fixed by adding Copper
