I gotta say you hit the nail on the head with your comments on "when I do this I'll do that." "When this happens I'll do that" etc I have soo used these excuses and got know where....but slowly I'm changing that... x
I love the tips and going to steal some! I've gained over 35 lbs back from my previous weight loss. I feel as if no one is supportive, even family jealous of me. I've decided to fix my life and start crushing my problems, so I can feel better amount myself. I've also started a 12-week cut to get me out of this weight gain funk. I've been going through it but won't give up. Thank You.
As soon as i told myself to work out 5 days a week , I fell off completely. Its been about 2 weeks. I've done 26 minutes on the treadmill. My energy is low, I'm barely sleeping. I dont know how to restart. You saying everything I feel so I need listen to this all over again
mstieshac, don't be too hard on yourself. It's okay to have setbacks. Take a deep breath and give yourself some grace. Start small, maybe with 10 minutes of exercise each day, gradually increasing the duration. Focus on self-care and restful sleep. You can do this! 💪💙
Start small and reward yourself. For the month of June try 2 workouts a week. If you are able to get those 2 workouts in treat yourself to a new shirt, a nice pedicure, earrings, etc… This is what I did when I started a few years ago. I am currently starting over and I am looking forward to a new outfit.
Take an evening walk outside, just 10 minutes. Make it a goal to just walk for a few minutes each day, just for fresh air. If you can do that for a couple of weeks, slowly start increasing to 15 minutes, and 20. If you can afford it, hire a personal trainer to workout with twice a week.

Cookie, make sure your diet is healthy. Drink plenty of water and start some light exercise if you are not exercising. Try a hor oil treatment. There are so manya reasons your hair could be breaking. Look for changes that you have made over the past few months. You might try vitamin supplementstion. You might be anemic, have hypothyroidism or other illness. Good luvk to you!

Try 3 days a week...with my schedule I can't workout 5 days a week, so 3 days work better for me.
