8 hours of deep Holy Name utterance gets you in the spiritual world. This guy seems to wake up the same time as some of the top Masters do to meditate. I believe Shinto may well refer to biking as well, Moving in the way of the GODS.
It would be interesting to know how you managed your food and caloric intake on the road. Obviously, your town stops involved getting food there, but you don’t really talk about your strategy for the road.
This is a good question. I think I will touch on it when I do a gear/summary vid. I was pretty relaxed about counting the Cal’s. After a conversation with Andrew and Katie (single speed winners) I would (if racing) have a simple but effective plan for hourly consumption.
