    • @DavidHBurkart
      @DavidHBurkart 3 месяца назад +2

      @Matthew-is1ih Possibly, but at the same time, he is a security guard and is responsible to prevent theft. Why have security guards at all if they aren't to make difference in preventing or stopping crime? The mentality of allowing crime to take place and citizens not having the discretion to intercede has got to stop. In fact criminals count on such non-involvement.

    • @DavidHBurkart
      @DavidHBurkart 3 месяца назад +5

      @Matthew-is1ih No need for the breakdown, I understood your perspective & why his company threw him under the bus. I just don't agree with you or his company. I am just glad this gun store is helping him, especially since the security company so desperately failed their employee

    • @DavidHBurkart

      The thugs did not have to attack him when he approached to prevent the theft, they could have ran. They did not, beating on him instead. His supervisor was more concerned about his "violating" company policy, firing him on the spot, so yes, they are more concerned about policy than employee safety.

      legal action? so hows that going to go?
      1.He violated policy by chasing people based on his assumption "they were going to steal his car" even though they just entered the parking garage and then he started a fist fight.
      2. He violated policy again by having an interview while wearing the company's uniform
      3.In order to bring forth a suit against someone or an entity, you need to prove there was damages. As everyone has seen on video he initiated the fight by chasing the two teens. He was asked to resign or got justifiably fired on live TV by violating company policy . He took off his uniform in a rageful fit and left during work hours. That's called abandonment.
      I don't know anyone in their right mind that would hire that dude. however it makes sense that he was hired by someone of the same race, it's clear this is another case of racial nepotism, as the owner said he didn't even do a background check on that guy. How do you hire someone to be around firearms and not do a background check. I wouldn't let that dude anywhere near a gun, that's a ticking time bomb.

    That is an insecurity company with a "supervisor" like that. She was out of line and does not belong in any supervisory position. I applaud the new employer for stepping up and hope everything works well for both of them.
