I’ve seen Nitro get stopped on the lift hill tons of times. Every single time, it was because someone had their phone. And every single time, everyone cheered
when I rode JD, it was in the rain, and the train didn't catch the chain immediately, so it jackhammered the front car (which I was in) very violently while trying to catch. it eventually caught, but it hurt like hell. at least it gave good airtime when it was jackhammering
pretty sure it was the train on bizarro, when i rode it a few weeks after el toro shut down it was rlly smooth, best ride i’ve had on it actually. I think the we’re doing work on that train too since it was shiny while the others were a little more dull looking
Hey guys, whenever you go back to the UK I would highly recommend you visit adventure island it's a neat park with lots of charm and some of the best staff ever. Theres also 4 or 5 creds and the park is beautiful at night!
You had a much better visit than I did on Wednesday. No Jersey Devil, El Toro, Zumanjaro, Cyborg or Dare Devil Dive, and Kingda Ka opened very late in the day.
If you’ve not been to SNFE yet, make sure that when you go on Superman, go in the back and sit back as they put your restraint down. Then scoot forward as far up as you can to get as much room as possible. If you can, get your seatbelt as loose as possible. It really makes a difference.
I went to Great adventure about 1 week ago as it is my home park and Jersey devil was not which was very disappointing. Also every time I am there Zumanjaro is closed. Learning how el Toro isn’t opening for the rest of the season is very disappointing as well
Jersey Devil is the only RMC I haven't been on in the US. Missed it by 11 days. Looking forward to your RMC film. My take on Nitro is it is a lower tier B&M Hyper imo. I actually prefer Intimidator and Apollo's Chariot, but I will give it a slight edge on Raging Bull.
I literally live in Oklahoma and finally was able to go to New Jersey, but the two days I was there, El Toto was closed, which is my biggest bucket list coaster right now, and I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to go back :(
Just returned from NJ. I knew my fave El Toro was out but no Jersey Devil, Bizarro was down, Kingda Ka down all morning but started up once the thunderstorms started rolling in, then closed again. Wonder Woman down 🤦🏼♀️ yikes. We go there a few times/year but it seems like a sad place compared to Cedar Point. Hoping Manufacturer finishes inspections soon so we can try JD.
Great adventure is easily the best six flags park. Magic mountain might have more coasters, but great adventure has the quality. The operations are generally pretty good. Overall, it's a great park.
Europe is spoiled with these vekoma madhouses. it would surprise me if you haven't done one in your europe trip ;) LIke Walibi holland (and belgium), phantasialand, efteling, gardaland, etc etc all have these ones
Has this vlog been filmed since Jersey Devil was yet again modified? Last I heard since the trims were disabled the ride is a lot better in the second half now. Was this vlog filmed after that change?
I rode raging bull in the back last week and got no air time at all literally none I was honestly kinda bored I think it was just runnning bad cuz I’ve gotten decent rides but that and getting an insane ride in the back of viper backs me like viper better
Just came from this park last week. Freaking loved it!!!! Kingda Ka is the best!!! Nitro was fun. I was heated El Toro was down. Batman was basic. Another fave was Bizzaro
I wish it opens soon because the last time I went to great adventure it was the begging of when it was closed for a long time and still closed and I have not ridden it yet
So....what do you think about the top thrill dragster incident ? There is a petition to year it down , I guess the park has his injuries on it till people came forward today.
When were you guys there? I was there back in late July and neither El Toro, Nitro and Superman Ultimate Flight were open that day all closed. :( I didn't have a great experience there that day but at least I got to experience Jersey Devil for the first time so not all bad!
I feel lucky that Fiesta is my home park and Wonder Woman is in my back yard (70 minutes from Austin). Wonder Woman definitely tries to kill you! Only bad thing is my wife and I need to lose weight and it kinda hurts our necks so we can't marathon it lol. But yeah Wonder Woman is my favorite!
I thought Bizarro ran great a few months back 🤷♂️ Who knows what's up with Six Flags, one thing we do know is they don't really care about their rides at all, it's a shame and it shows

Jersey Devil was closed when I went earlier this month, but I got 2 night rides on Kingda Ka! That ride is nuts when you can't see a thing!

Europe’s tend to be a bit better themed as well. Surprisingly, North America only has two of them: this one and the one at SFNE.

My July rides on Bizzaro were fine. There was a rattle in a few spots, but nothing that really hurt the ride

Was in SFGA today only lasted 3 hrs with the heat it felt like 101 and when I got off Batman I thought I was going to pass out
This summer I went on that coaster 5 Times with my dad and 6 times by my self and I went on king da ka 1 time because it always breaks down
