Absolutely love BOTH of these builds! Leaning towards the first house for my current sim, she's very high maintenance and loves all things fancy so that one seems perfect for her!
Deli should build a British council house ... they can have strange layouts but in some you can't even paint the walls as they are owned by the council ... would be cool to see ❤️ ( I lived in a council house when I was little where I could change anything about the house (we got an in ground trampoline) .... it had light brown bricks with a driveway and an alley way that goes from the front of the house into the garden which was longer than the actual house with three trampolines and a brick shed, inside we had lots of modern furniture (at the time) and I had a built in bed and a TINY room 😂😂 ) would be great to see you make something similar (a British council house ) I think if you google it you'll see lots of places similar ❤️
This was such a big surprise! I love your build videos and to have two in one was a great suprise! I feel that these should be only on special occasions when you feel motivated to build; that way we get the warm fuzzies when you do AND it will not become expected of you to do 2+ builds every video. The first house's exterior was absolutely gorgeous! But because Clarise would be in the house it almost HAS to be the second one which again is a wonderful house! Nothing less than perfection from Deli!

I got the sims 4 for about 3 or 4 months and I have all three expansions, three game pack and two stuff packs and I don't yet have an origin account old enough to use the online features such as downloading others builds from the gallery however, it is almost my birthday so I soon will be able to so whenever I watch your builds I wonder what packs you have used so I wonder if I could fully have the build so as you know on the library it tells you what packs you have used so if it isn't too much trouble then possibly you could put that in the discription. I love the first house sooo pretty it kind of reminds me of the house in Mary Poppins but it was really nice to see Deli do a more traditional build and its true deli's talent and personality shines through in any type of build xx

What if Judy knew Oliver before she "knew" him, if you know what I mean... So maybe she actually knew his past wife, or knew more than what others thought she knew... Maybe Oliver had already gotten a spot in Judy's will... (Maybe Oliver had gone through hard times, and maybe Judy was always there for him, and that's probably how Judy knew to set up Oliver and Clarrise.)
Video Idea: u should build two homes in one vid like this and then have us vote the favorite like this, not for like LP purposes. Also u should do a build competion with ur sister

Maybe Bailey would try to persuade them to move into the old house across the street. And then, after a while, she got through her will, I find it realistic that when Oliver's family decorates the house internally they would go for a more modern style.
Maybe Bailey would start a job after school to save up money for Oliver's and Eliott's new house. And Clarice would find that so sweet when se finds out so she helps Oliver to pay for the new house. That also explains that it's now fully furnished because maybe Oliver doesnt have that much money.

As a Scandinavian, I do approve of the Scandinavian house. Like you said, the blue/teal colour on the outside of the house is not something that we Scandinavians normally use, HOWEVER, it really depends on where in Scandinavia you are. The first colour that pops into my mind when you say Sweden, is red, because of the traditional "Röd Stuga", while Norway it would be white, because even if it's traditionally something you would see in the south of Norway, it's a common colour of houses all over the country. I also LOVE the wood on the outside, that's something you'll see a lot in newer buildings, at least here in Norway (can't speak for Sweden and Denmark). And the interior has captured that really....minimalistic IKEA feeling (this is not an insult, I swear...even though Scandinavians refer to IKEA as "furnitures for students"). Had to download it right away and make a toddler room for my sims family. *thumbs up in Norwegian*

I do like the first house but I hate the exterior wallpaper I feel like if you used that house you would have Clarice makeover it a little but the second house is also nice and is my personal favourite and Bailey would probably like it to
I adore the second house, but i voted for the first because: 1) I want Deli to furnish it and see how it turns out. 2) It might add a bit of change into the let's play, (maybe it was where Clarice grew up). Awesome job on these houses.
Deli, can you make bailey become a bad teen and give her a rebellious Makeover,then Clarice tries to summon Judy to ask for advice, and Judy tells her to move from willow creek and lets them live in her old house in windinburg, but bailey doesn't like the idea and decides to run away with max, when he goes a bit overboard and starts to steal stuff to afford school books, you can get to decide what Bailey might think of this, please read this deli, i really want it to happen!!! 😀😀😀😀
