  • Stuart McCall signed James Hanson from Guiseley for £7,500 back in 2009; since then, the Bradford City striker has gone onto make over 250 appearances for the bantams, scoring over 60 goals during the 6 years he's been at the club.

    After playing youth football for Huddersfield Town and Bradford City, Hanson began his career in semi-professional non-league football, playing for Eccleshill United and Guiseley. He turned professional after re-signing with Bradford City in 2009. As of June 2015, Hanson is seventh in Bradford City's all-time leading scorer list
