I've been living in Florida for almost 30 years and try to go back every year! My parents and family still live there. 😊 You've gone to a bunch of places in Curaçao - in 5 days?! How??!! - I've yet to check out! I could smell the food you were having. 😋 I'm sharing this video with ALL my friends who have yet to visit and with those that have been... just to have them plan their next trip!! 🤭🤭 I'll be there in the summer; looking forward to being there even more! 💜

Fun Fact Gombo/Gumbo comes from West Africa and the Yambo/Jambo from Curacao is more similar to it being an actual Okra stew or soup. So as it's called Gumbo in Louisiana it just means Okra even though its not the traditional Okra stew. 😊

As well as the interactions your family in other videos. 🙂 My family is from Puerto Rico, those iced peanut butter treats remind me of an iced treat in a cup my Abuelo makes called “limber”.
