The fan said she didn't know she had to take a picture with Rosé, so she went to Lisa since she is her fav member. Not to be mean but that is still rude and not something a Blink would do. Being a Blink means appreciating and loving every single one of them. Rosé must have felt like second choice. Someone who can really appreciate her should have been there because there are tons of people who do. Seeing any of them would make me freak out, I'd give them the same amount of love.
