Buck Regulator used as a voltage regulator on a Tao Tao 110cc ATV

Ok, this buck regulator module is going to act as the voltage regulator for the little atv that’s over charging batteries. It will regulate the 19volts coming out of the rectifier down to the 13.1 volts needed to charge the battery correctly. I’ll make a dry place for it to live under the seat on the atv and wire it in tomorrow. The 110 Tao Tao is notorious for over charging batteries as it was made with no regulator, only a rectifier.

I know I was calling out the voltage wrong on the meters, but as a school bus driver my mind isn't hitting on all cylinders by mid week.
