Really loved seeing your daughter helping dad and I can see her out one day helping with the pest control. It's great to see you back and in great health after all this Covid-19 stuff. Stay safe and happy shooting..
i love to see something so well thought out and engineered as that squirrel feeder. problem solving + woodworking = fun, and that's before you've even put a pellet down range! :)
If it's any use Robin, I mix crushed up peanuts with wheat. 2:1 peanuts ratio. Works out a bit cheaper and the squirrels are attracted by the whiff of the peanuts. Thing is that all and sundry tuck into what's in your feeder and it work out real expensive if using just peanuts. Wife's not to pleased with me using her food processor for breaking up the nuts though.
Waiting for your next squirrel vids i contol them here in scotland with a goodnature a18 trap and a bunch of spring traps plenty of them still to be caught
I bought one of these feeders after seeing this video. Arrived quickly and it looks well made and designed. I shot 3 squirrels on it during the first weekend! Love it. There's a little grouping of dents in the backplate where pellets have passed through their little heads!
@@TeamFoxer Hi Robin I have the same AA s510 .22 extra currently using AA field but would like to try something else but as I am an OAP cant afford to buy lots of different pellets to try , so can you give me an idea what yours likes , and it wont affect my zero , for squirrels and ferrels at about 3/4 power many thanks
blueheckle email me. Robin@teamfoxer.com I’ll send you a small sample amount of what I’ve found to group the best. Then you can decide wether to buy them or not. 🦊👍
Hi Robin ... The nuts from B&M are now £16.99 for the 12.55kg bag in Jan 2021.... Not quite sure where you got the £13 a bag from ?... Ha ha ... Great Vid though ... ;-)
How many acres do you allow per feeder? In other words I am on ten acres (US) and wondered about two feeders I could alternate on. Pressure one whilst the other is allowing the squirrels to re populate and relax a bit. What is your opinion? I have always been a stalking hunter but the years are catching up to me. :(
@@SouthOZHobbyHunter Yes definitely a challenge. I was just curious what the Brits and I guess the Australian's can have. I know those two countries unfortunately have lost some gun rights.
@@romans6two338 we can have most types of firearms. Just not semiauto unless you are a primary producer or a professional shooter. The biggest thing that pisses me off is the fact we can not use silencers/suppressors unless also a professional shooter and even then that permit is hard to get.

Nice shooting Robin and another cracking video. Regards. Les
Great video. I’ve shot 19 in the past two weeks in my garden, didn’t realise there was so many!
I shot a grey in my garden two nights ago and my neighbour the next day asked if I had seen “his squirrel” oops!😂😂
Love it
Should have asked if he put a collar on it
@@bobbylee7801 You should have asked if he wanted it in a casserole or spit roasted

Your Princess is adorable. Once again, another awesome video.
Well done Emma, a great introduction. and ending. great video mate.

Well done little girl, loved your video, who is that guy that keeps butting in, 😀, well done to the both of you, 👍🌈stay safe.
We all need to play our part to stop these pests and our songbirds will be more successful
Why not screw the spinner to the feeder on the left side level with the feed tray?
Do you guys cook and eat your squirrels over there?
Surprisingly tasty in a game stew.

Awesome tree rat control .keep hitting them hard
Forgive my thickness but how do you find your shop on amazon using the amazon app
Just google “team foxer amazon shop” or there is a link in the videos description.
@@TeamFoxer Robin, the link isn't working unless you copy / paste it.

Hey, i have an Hw77 (7,5 Joule) is it okay for Hunting greys?
Not sure what that is in foot lbs. but if it’s between 10 and 12, (UK legal limit) then yes absolutely fine.
Okie
Start them early on the squirrels!
Lovely girl she is Robin
Am I the only one who jumped out of his seat when Robin Foxer Jr. chimed in at the end of the video? Maybe my volume is a little too high...
I jumped too !
nothing like emptying your nuts into a wide open box with the flaps up, nice feeder look forward to see it in use atvb
Nice setup. In the UK are .22 LR rifles and shotguns illegal since you all use air rifles?
No I have both. But air rifles are perfectly suited to this kind of pest control. They are so cheap to run and really very quiet.
Same here in Australia, Robin. Would rather use my air rifle as it adds to the challenge.

High robin great vid as usual . Could I ask where do you buy your peanuts from cheers
He said bm.... 13 quid a bag....... Thats cheap
Just add 5,000 Volts to an existing feeder. Very easy. They don't try again right away. Search "5,000 Volt Birdfeeder".
Great video as always, how do we get a mention on your channel. As I have been slowly increasing my audiences but any assistance would be appreciated.

Squirrel management no longer sell these feeders as materials got too expensive to make them viable to build.
