I’ve spent some time sitting in at fellow customers Plexi Daytona at my mechanics and that alone brought a huge smile to my face. The Daytona was the reason I bought my Maranello! To get as close to the experience as I can, without having to sell one of my kids.. 😉
@peterb3842 The gate for the shifter is there under the leather boot. The leather boot did not replace the gate. RHD Daytonas had the leather boot covering the gate at the insistence of Colonel Ronnie Hoare of Maranello Concessionaires who had the rights to sell RHD Ferraris at the time.

Absolutely that car came with a gated shifter from factory. It;s had the gate replaced with the leather shifter boot at some time.
