man the endor speeder at 40% (was just on amazon for that idk about anymore) is such a good set. at regular price its crazy over priced. its basically a battle pack and 2 trees...but its still my fav.
Why would u say the piñata is a pass? Lego exclusive,very good p/p value, and I was looking at other’misc’ retired lego sets some like the tuktuk went crazy. Thoughts?xx
Good point on the tuk tuk! Yeah the pinata set just feels a little like a dots set to me. I think it's still going to go up a bit... But just not one that I want to focus on. Take care!
I have the bat shadow box. It was a fun build. With lego getting ready to pull all of their dc stuff to revamp the line i expect it to jump in value once its gone
The last few in the theme haven't done that well. I think secondary market demand is down a little, and secondary market supply is up (more investors). Also, this set is a bunch of smaller builds (and the buildings are not enclosed). The past good sets in this theme are mostly single large fully enclosed builds. But I do like the trolley! But maybe all of this means this set is flying under the radar... And will end up being a decent investment! It's always hard to tell, but this one still remains not one of my favorites. Great job buddy as always . But I’m conflicted with looking at sold prices on eBay on sets that are still on shelves it’s hard to gauge also who’s going to spend extra on shipping and cost when you can get it at retail. Also with the way things are I see very long holds with most of todays sets

Now there was a problem with combination of the several discounts and i only could buy them with the combination of 2 discounts, once 30% and a additionel 20% what makes the end price at €36,39 for one , what is also not bad at all. Also took a gamble on an Atari at 160, and a couple palace of agraba sets (were 30% off on lego recently) Tnx for the in depth analasys as usual!

Happy to see some sets I’m high on for investing in this video :) The DREAMZzz theme has another wave coming out in the summer, and LEGO said they have a 3 year roadmap for the show right now. So it looks like that theme will be around for at least a couple more years! Also just a heads up, 76242 Thanos Mech retired last year.

@@kdxbricksanalytics I’m notably higher than anyone else on the stormtrooper mech haha. The Batcave Shadow Box looks to be going extremely under the radar. Very low amount of listings on ebay and it’s a LEGO exclusive which contributes to why there are so few listed on eBay. If it doesn’t go on sale from LEGO, I could see just a small amount of demand for this set in retirement cause this set to shoot up in price. Still a speculative set for me so I’m not necessarily planning on picking any up…but it if does well, you heard it here first ;)
Love me some Arches and all the amazing national parks in that part of the country! Titanic is an interesting one as I've heard some of the LAN members like Bricksie and AlexNunes list in their top 5 favorite sets, if not number one. But I hear you on the price point. Would love to add it my personal collection someday.

I hadn't realized that a lot of people were ranking it that high for personal collection. That's definitely another great day to point for it. Yeah I'm still mixed on it because of the price point like you say.. But if there is an awesome discount, then I might be swayed to pick one or two up for investment. Good for consumer, bad for resellers. I only really care about certain themes so it doesn’t really affect me too much. Also the best price ranges I’ve found have been 30-100$ sets and battle packs

The shadow box is such a good build experience. It will appeal to Gen X who grew up with the 1989 and 1992 films.
