I completely understand how you feel about not having 500 bottles…I’ve been on a sample & travel size kick lately. I don’t want all these bottles that I don’t touch.
Girl you need to sell ALL the ones you end up getting rid of, ESPECIALLY the Killian one 😂
I felt that ‘I don’t want 500 perfumes’ 🎉😂 when I see those rooms looking like stores it’s an immediate no for me 😂. I want to wear my fragrance regardless of whether it’s a perfume or body spray or lotion. Too many options leads to waste - in my experience.
It wasn’t until last Fall that I started buying again because I was determined to use up my B&BW and wear my existing perfumes.
I must say that watching your channel has led to an explosion in my B&BW collection and now I’ve got lots to wear before the next big sale😂😂😂😂
Me too! This channel helped me figure out what I wanted to try from BBW! But I agree with you both. I don't need a ton of things to choose from. That would stress me out. I'd feel like I was wasting my money having all those products laying around!

I've been feeling the declutter bug too lately; I did my closet today.
I love watching LuuLuu’s World channel on RUclips cause she has a huge perfume collection and she has a video where she talks about how she doesn’t get rid of perfumes as often as she used to cause she realizes that it’s ok to take a break from a fragrance and normally in a different season you may fall in love with it. I personally find this to be true, but idk how some people can keep their perfumes fresh for more than 3 hrs. That’s always been the point where my half used or more fragrances just start smelling funky or very faint/no staying power. So I sell mine on Mercari. You should too and you can link your Mercari selling page to your RUclips!
This video has me overwhelmed...and I have not even gone down the perfume rabbit hole...yet!!!

So I was watching a RUclips Video about the fragrance community and she was dropping gems about the chase of having new fragrances were drawn to the chase of the perfect fragrance. I will purchase something where it for maybe a week and then I'm on to something else
I would love to view that video. I have been torn in between loving perfume and not being a collector. 50 perfumes and counting and I want to maintain a healthy balance.

I love la nuit treasor😩 I feel u though. I don't go out alot at night so I make sure I wear it WHENEVER I feel like it. I've worn mine recently

Hiya. Have to agree with you when it comes to fragrances that we should be able to wear with ease, reach for them and not to think about when we should wear them, like the La Nuit Tresor. Yes, some might need 1 or 2 fragrances for date nights, etc., however some fragrances are so versatile that might be worn even for date nights for example. I have also issues with Mugler's Angel the EDP and EDT. The bottle is adorable, but did not convince me to purchase it...maybe the Angel Nova in future. Loved the video. I won’t declutter any of my fragrances unless I knew someone who wanted what I don’t want. Now I need to film my fragrance collection and start tracking their departure from my collection In project use it up videos.

It had been a while since I wore tresor la nuit but when I got dream bright from bath and body works it had me in a chokehold. Love that combination.

Girl, I think testers are stronger. So when I buy a perfume, I get a tester if I can find one. I truly think they are better
I agree. I have the Olympea Intense & it’s super strong compared to the ones I’ve tried in store. I always try to purchase the testers as well, no only bc of the price, but mostly bc of what you said bc I do agree that the testers are best.
@@leilani_808 I feel they make them that way to lure customers. Lol So yes, if I have an option I always purchase testers!
Thanks for your honesty! I don’t understand why people like certain perfumes like coco noir either! And I am bad for buying perfumes for the bottles ! Ughhh I need to stop . I actually don’t like Lalique Soliel I’ve tried it a few times now and I just can’t wear it! I also don’t want a lot of perfumes! I am finally down to about 40
40 is a great number! I don’t think with my channel I will have that amount but I’m determined to keep it reasonable at least my definition of reasonable 🤦🏾♀️🤣
I hate when people say things like that when I was 15 I had a brown bottle of Ralph Lauren perfume and I loved it until somebody said that exact thing funeral flowers and I said forget it I never looked at another fragrance by them since
After counting up all my perfumes and body mist from VS & BBW I need to do a major declutter.
I have a lot of fragrances that are good in cold weather, now that I live in Florida I don’t reach for any of them.
I’m thinking about decluttering Kenzo L’Elixer, OG Miss Dior, Alien Ice Star, Alien Fushion to name a few.

Make decants of them and give away/sell the the remaining of it, so you don't have perfumes that are not fresh but you also keep them all to use or for reference.

The Guess fragrance I'm the same about. It smells like a chemical on my skin and in the bottle. I bought it twice and gave it away both times. You're spot on with your description. It makes no sense to my nose lol
The same thing happened to me with V&R Bon-bon. I loved it in the store when I tried it, ordered it and it smells like it's lacking some of the notes I smelled in store.
Ellie Saab is elegant. It took me a bit to love it but I love it. I would take that off your hands.
I agree it is a very elegant classy perfume.

No, not at this time. I typically just give items away to friends and family that I no longer want in my collection.
Guess by Marciano smells like honey scented baby powder but with that baby powder scent DNA in it. And Elie Saab girl of now reminds me of the white stick candy you use with the fun dip candy. That's what I get when I smell those 2 fragrances.
I have that guess perfume on its way to me…the reviews are all over the place for it but Jasmin is so in love that for under $20 I wanted to try it out. We’ll see.
What do you think about it????? Because based on Jasmine, I was gonna try it too. Is it worth it???? Because I don’t want an extra perfume in my collection that I won’t wear. Is it worth the hype Jasmine gives it?
@@NayBae129 I don’t think it’s amazing. It’s an ok light, summery vanilla to me. Nothing special but certainly not bad.

I’m a HUGE product junkie so whenever I start wearing something and I feel like I like it enough to have it in my collection but it’s not full bottle worthy, I decant it into a 10 ml and sell the rest on Mercari
I only do this with clear bottles where people can see how much liquid is inside the bottle

I bought a mini of kayali de ja vu and lip gloss duo. At first I hated the Perfume. Now it is one of my faves and on my repurchase list during the spring sale. I had to let ur dry down but don’t like at first spray
Thanks for sharing. You're so right about the testers....why do they smell different? Is it because of the air that had gotten into the user bottle or the air in the store? Do frustrating. I also have a Micheal Kors that I'm thinking of giving away...

Le Parfum is a classy and sophisticated scent for me.. i let it go because I never really wore it a lot…. BUt i have been thinking of that one since last year… i missed the floral and honey combo 🤍
Same with GON 😂 now that one and Shine i have BACK in my collection 😂
And that’s why I don’t declutter my fragrances quickly at all🤣 You and a couple of other people have already made me take those 2 off of the list🤣

I hear you I have a fragrance I just can’t get on board with my daughter got me the yes I am ( blk/red) lipstick for Christmas. I tried it a few times as late as yesterday and I just don’t like it every body on you tube loves it and it smells like cherry cough meds to me I’m trying and forcing myself to use it up on days I’m going nowhere and I just can’t get on board .
