It is true u can able to see on the streets DvD selling peoples packingv new DVDs packs on the first or second day of new movie release in RajaRajeshwari Nagar, Rajaji nagar , Sivajinagar etc in Bangalore but they are not under the control of Mr Thanu or any Govt
