ഒട്ടി പിടിക്കുന്നത് തടയാന്‍, pièces ഹാഫ് കുക്ക് ആയാൽ തിരിച്ച് ഇട്ട് കൊടുക്കുന്നത് നല്ലതാണ്. bottom part overcook ആവുന്നത് കൊണ്ടാണ്‌ stick ആവുന്നത്. പിന്നെ preheat ചെയ്യുന്നതും എപ്പോഴും നല്ലതാണ്. ഫുഡ് ഒരിക്കലും കൂടുതൽ dry ആവില്ല

I am from Bengal, I can't understand your language Anu jee, but watching your step by step cooking I am very much impressed...I also use Philips Airfyer....naximum use frozen items like chicken drumstick, chiken strips, nuggets etc..but your Chicken 65 preparation. amzing ...it would be better if subtitles of indigents be given in English....lastly I love your cooking...

You can put parchment paper on the tray. It wont stick and it wont affect the cooking process.
